This is the worst experience with Taco bell ever. Lobby was closed and not stated on website. They should put up the sign over... door or something. Lady said corporate won't allow that. I ordered burrito with extra rice; no rice in it even they charge mefor extra rice. I ordered 2 chalupa- no beans at all(1 tiny teaspoon; no tomatoes) no fillings at all and plus food was allcold.mexican pizza- was hot but base was stale and old. Yuck. Food was cold and not made right. All businesses are facing staffissues but doesn't expect this kind of services and food for what they have paid for. Was really hoping to sit down in a place for once. Especially with tacos as they can be messy with kiddos. So, Google says that... the dining room is open. But when you pull up, you are ever so kindly informed that it's only for people with mobile orders toget their food. Can't actually dine in there ... Had to pull forward and wait 20 minutes for my 2 steak and cheese burritos they are advertising. Specifically asked for hot... sauce when I ordered. Then reminded him I wanted Diablo sauce when he asked me to pull around the corner and wait. Did not getANY hot sauce packets. Read more
Cant eat in the lobby! No signs at all and the staff was very rude when he was bringing out a delivery order for grub hub.... Snapped "lobby's closed" and went back inside. Read more
Employee was standing out in the parking lot smoking weed talking to someone sitting in a car. They wouldn't take mobile or... drive through orders while he was outside. So I sat there, curious and waited to see if they started taking orders when he wentback in. 15 minutes later, he went back in and they were taking orders again. So they don't take orders while they're outsidesmoking weed in the parking lot. I was very angry. Drove 20 minutes out of my way for taco bell and never got food because I wasso irritated. Worst experience of all time. Pulled up at the drive thru around 7 PM, prime supper time, and they told that they were only... accepting online or mobile orders. Weird, but I obliged, pulled over and ordered my food through my phone. Pulled back throughthe drive thru and gave them my name. Waited at the window for at least 25 minutes. FINALLY received my order and not one damnthing was right. Rather than refunding us or replacing our order they did absolutely nothing. If I could give this negativestars I would. The Taco Bell franchise should be ashamed that this store even exists. Avoid at all cost. Read more
My order was wrong, I ordered Chicken Cascadia with no baha sauce and extra chicken. It had the hot ???? ???? on it and really... didn't appear to have extra chicken. I was traveling and so couldn't return to change the food. Drive thru staff was courteous.Next time. Read more
