Wow! Is all i have to say, walked in at 6:15pm (they close at 7pm!)try to order a #1 the lady proceeds to tell me "um our grill... is already off so we cant make anything more, and we only have tacos or nachos left from earlier bt we cant make anything fresh"so i say okay lets do a #1 and sub the enchilada for a taco. She looked at me all angry and say's well thats an add on charge,we dont substitute items you have to pay extra. I am baffled and explain that she is the requiring the substitution she repliesto me in the most rude tone ever "maybe you should just come back earlier next time" mind blown! I say thanks and walk out. Verydisappointing we eat here all he time and have never ran into this, i guess its hard to find good help these days. I feel sorryfor he owner who is loosing massive business, as i walked out, 3 people walked in and 2 cars pulled up. Read more
A Big Shame. For a little less than $25, very disappointed. 2 tostado grandes and a burrito grande and a enchilada and 1 drink.... What a joke. Both tostados were flat. The burrito grande was beans water downed. Times are hard. Overhead is high. Still noexcuse. The food we paid for was less than 5 dollars in what we got. Will never go back. Food was cold. Said closing in 20 minutes but closed in hour. Said the couldn't make nachos but the guy in front got them. ... Also said they were short staff three people working and there was only us and 1 other person ordering. Very disappointing asthree weeks ago was very good. Cashier was rude. Read more

Wasted $6 on a throwed together soft shell taco no effort put into it and I mean how hard could a soft shell be to make. I also... went in at 10am when they first opened the meat was cold how when you just opened. Took two bites and had to throw it awaygross. Customer service horrible as well no hello anything. I've eatn here since 1986... yummy, taste is authentically Mexican... all the ladies serving here are beautiful & under great... management! Only complaint. .....no margaritas. Taco Casa Forever!
