Don't bother going to any of their locations. For two people, 5 tacos, and 2 drinks, it was almost $30. Their tacos have gotten... smaller over the years, the hot sauce mediocre at best, and this place costs as much as an actual restaurant. Quality is notgreat and price is way too high, will not be returning. This is supposed to be fast food, yet you're charging more than sit downrestaurants. Ridiculous! Read more
I love stopping at Tasty Tacos whenever I visit Des Moines. Staff are very polite, and customer service is on par. The building... was wheelchair accessible, and they have a decent sized parking lot. ?? The menu has a diverse array of options, so it is easyto find something that everyone will enjoy. It is also highly affordable. I had the supreme nachos, two steak corn tacos withsour cream, and a side order of mushrooms with a fountain pop. I genuinely don?t know where these five star reviews are coming from. The food, customer service, and atmosphere was... considerably below average. I ordered a enchilada plate. As you can see in the photo, it?s a sad hard-cheese dish with fourrandom tortilla chips tossed around it. I asked for sour cream on top and got a packet. Seriously? If you check out the secondphoto, the cheese wasn?t even melted all the way. The food was lukewarm at best and tasted?.. rough. Neither myself nor theperson I was with could finish our meals. We both were sick to our stomachs afterwards and had to skip our afternoon shoppingplans to stick near a toilet at home. You can take the gamble and listen to the five stars like we did. Excellent service! We love getting the original flour tacos and the 12 oz salsa from here! Always worth the trip into town :)
