Their food is not consistent when it comes to quality or correctness of your order.. So I get frustrated with this store.
Wendy's is always good and the drive-thru gal had so much patience when presented with 5-6 coupons, should have got her name!
Sat in the drive thru for a total of 45 mins finally get the food I ordered, checked the bags bc it was a big order. I was... missing a sandwich and the manager came to the window told me I was wrong to check again I checked again still missing sandwichoffered the bags back to her for her to check and instead she told me I " was crazy and she was calling the police". My familywas home waiting on their food and I wasn't waiting more, so I get home and in fact I was missing the sandwich. I called and ttthe "manager " who admitted it was she who threatened me with the police, I told her I just got home and was in fact missing mysandwich and she HUNG UP ON ME! It helps to opetate a restaurant when there are more than 12 year olds running the place! I've been in line for more than 10... mins. I have yet to reach the order window!
