Their food is not consistent when it comes to quality or correctness of your order.. So I get frustrated with this store.
Wendy's is always good and the drive-thru gal had so much patience when presented with 5-6 coupons, should have got her name!
Sat in the drive thru for a total of 45 mins finally get the food I ordered, checked the bags bc it was a big order. I was... missing a sandwich and the manager came to the window told me I was wrong to check again I checked again still missing sandwichoffered the bags back to her for her to check and instead she told me I " was crazy and she was calling the police". My familywas home waiting on their food and I wasn't waiting more, so I get home and in fact I was missing the sandwich. I called and ttthe "manager " who admitted it was she who threatened me with the police, I told her I just got home and was in fact missing mysandwich and she HUNG UP ON ME! I went to Wendy's yesterday which was 7:14 I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries the chicken were cold the fries seemed to be... old on the bottom, but I didn't check them until I got home and this Wendy was on the south side wasn't very happy .so I thoughtI would try them again today as I was going in that direction and my mother wanted a sandwich. So I had a coupon I bought twolarge frosties and my mother a combo chicken sandwich well I check the chicken sandwich this time after I received it and it wasall right but the little girl at the register had an attitude as I asked her if it was a grilled chicken sandwich or crispy sheclosed the door before she could hear all that I had to say and came back and I asked her If there a problem I'm tired of peoplejust changing their mind wanting this and wanting that. I explained to her that I simply was asking her a question and sheclosed the window before my question was complete so then I asked to speak to the manager who was very apologetic and said thatshe would speak to her this Wendy will get no more of my business Read more
Every Wendy?s I have went I have never had a problem adding extra vanilla to my ice coffee rather it?s mobile order or in... person. And have never paid extra. Especially Altoona or 63rd locations. And even if I had to I would. Not customerresponsibility if system doesn?t give you an option on app or in store to charge you. I visited this location just serval daysago was able to but because this manager is new in her words and didn?t have a way to charge me for inventory purposes theyrather lose a customer and a whole order. I order a combo not just a coffee . I went out of my way to come here before workthere?s plenty of other fast food or coffee places. I will not return to this location. I visit Wendy just for ice coffeeBecause with with extra vanilla it?s sweet enough and doesn?t taste like coffee. I even said I would be willing pay extraoutside app but no way to ring up or suggested to cancel order and just ring up order at restaurant but does not take Apple Paylike other Wendy?s. Now I do not enough time to go the other Wendy?s on SE 14th st. It?s sad they should rather lose a regularcustomer over extra vanilla. I am district manager myself in retail in past in Food & beverage industry and I know you don?twant to give out the farm but you find a happy medium. It helps to opetate a restaurant when there are more than 12 year olds running the place! I've been in line for more than 10... mins. I have yet to reach the order window! Then I called to complain and the 12 year old that answered the phone, was like oh.Huh. Yeah, okay.. CLUELESS!! ???? Side note: I am still waiting for my order!!! 45 mins later! Read more
