Idk what y?all are doing with the Louisiana Rub ???? but I?m from Decatur Illinois and that is not the Louisiana Rub that I know... AT ALL. Tasted more like a little bit of Garlic with a little bit of Parmesan to me. Everything else was ?good? but nothing tobrag about. When we went this location was open for 1 hour. Every table had food or sticky stuff on it. The bathroom was not clean with... paper towels and toilet paper spilling out on the floor. The pop machine hasn't been cleaned in a while with syrup splashed allover and even on the counter next to it. The ice was out. The food was OK, but nothing I am dying to go back to soon. Read more
My family and I got excited when Rick Ross said wingstop had thighs!! We ordered from the app today Sunday Dec. 26th at 5:40.... Went to pick up and the fries weren't ready .. So , we waited. When we got home the fries where not cooked all the way and thewings an thighs were a dried out mess! This was our second time giving wingstop a chance . The first-time we just thought it wasa fluck that the wings were dried out and overcooked. But yet again!! We will not be back! Could have made better wings at homeand it would have cost less. The store is clean in the lobby but the cooking floor is always dirty. The employees never greet you, always act like they don't... want to be there, and the wings taste like they're just trying to get the order over and done with. No matter how many flavorsyou order they stuff all of them in the same container. Imagine ordering Garlic Parmesan with no garlic and the fries taste oldlike they have been left out overnight. Been there three times and everytime it's an extremely long wait, even when ordering ahead of time. Longest wait was an hour.... The manager doesn't care about making customers happy either. Definitely won't be returning to that location, ever!!! Read more
