The worst chicken strips ever! The website said 23 - 26 mins. Got there in 30 and they still weren?t ready. The girl at the... front said it would be longer and turned away. As I stood waiting I watched the kitchen staff. It took two of them to get thebags they put the food in. And took quite awhile. Then one decides it?s more important to dance then fill the orders. When Ifinally got my order they forgot my drink and had to ask for a cup. She looked at me like I was inconveniencing her. Needless tosay my food was not good. Bottom line, save yourself the time of day and order some Bdubs. Waited an entire hour for a basic wing order. The people... working there prioritize giving their friends (Who didnt order anything.) free food while other customers wait. Employees wereconstantly leaving the back to talk to all of these friends, very loudly and at the front of lobby! with seemingly 0 concern todo their job. Once we finally arrived home to eat, we were able to see that our wings were completely dry, aside from the poolof grease at the bottom of the basket. Fries were also entirely soggy. The food was delicious and freshly cooked as usual. My wife had questions about the spiciness of some of the sauces and the... staff was very helpful. This wasn't my first visit and it won't be my last as we love this restaurant and this particularlocation. Read more
I have been here several times. They have always been very nice and friendly. They have never messed up my order. It is... consistently delicious! I really love this wingstop! They have definitely gone out of their way to make my experience pleasantand I really appreciate them! Read more
Messed up my order 2 days in a row. Ended up getting plain wings I had to wait for. If that's what i wanted i could of gone to... 100 different chicken restaurants. Saw the staff talk on the phone to a door dash customer but couldn't bother to communicatewith me when I was in store. They clearly had ran out of sauce and were unable to handle the situation, no fault of theemployees. There's no recourse though, the phone line doesn't get you even an automated response. Submitting a review gets yousome fries if you bother to give them another chance and be afraid to tell you they're gonna f up your order again. Read more
Maybe pick a little more appropriate music for your customers walking in. Bringing in a five year old child to a place blasting... music with N-Bombs and other expletives isn?t really appropriate for a wing joint, much less anywhere. Just my opinion. Also,customer service sucks. Couldn?t get anyone to take my order. The cook is more worried about bopping his fat head to the beatright now than helping customers. Read more
STOP WINGS ON 3803 MERLEY HAY RD The person person we got my order got It wrong, i told him right away and he still didn?t... change it so this is what i got fries and no veggies when i told him the oposité, i went to an other guy so he could change myorder and all he said was that?s how we do it?conclusion its the was an awful experience with the staff the wings were good eventho they just decide to put one of my choices and one theirs?. There are literally employees eating chicken wings at the prep table in full view of customers. I then saw the same worker place... the wing bone in a bowl above the prep line. She had been eating with her hands then went back and handled food without washingher hands. Pretty disgusting and I won't be eating here again as a result. I get that your employees need to eat but that's whatbreaks are for. So that they can sit down, eat, then wash their hands before handling other peoples food. Read more
