I went here around dinnertime and ordered a Munchie box with a chicken sandwich. When I opened the box and unwrapped the chicken... sandwich I noticed it was dry and had cracks in the bun. I took a bite and the bun was like biting thru 2 slabs of rock! It wasan old stale bun! The chicken inside was a dry preformed pattie nothing like the picture on the menu. I've ordered drive-thru and many times have been missing items. I call and and have to call approx, like tonight ?????? 6 calls... and I get the full box vm, not good customer service. Please double check orders before handing to customer and answer the callbefore going to vm or at very least before the 2nd call going to vm. NEED IMPROVEMENT. Read more
Upon arriving to the window, I was greeted with the employee on her phone speaking Spanish and doesn't greet me at all, only... with my total. I asked if my dog could get a whip cream in a cup and she said she don't have any cups. I asked how much it wouldbe for it to be a small cup instead and was told $1.75 and I said "no thanks". When she gets back to the window to hand me myfood, I asked "Could you just put it in a lid" and then she raises he tone and talks to me as if I'm her child. Yet again my order has been wrong from this location. I typically order through Uber Eats and so far have had no issue with that... service. However, the side sauce is never in the bag (which seems like a brown paper bag I used to take to lunch to school),there are never napkins, and never a straw. Even if I go in person, the wait in the DT is unnecessarily long. The staff isalways polite, but never seems to be enough people to make the line move as it should. Today is the last day I will be orderfrom them. As I stated the order was wrong, AGAIN. There was no side sauce in bag, no drink delivered (can?t completely blamelocation as Uber driver might have forgotten it), no napkins, no straw and to top it all off NO SAUCE ON THE COLD COLD BURGER. Iunderstand when I order delivery it won?t be HOT, but this was stone cold. And to boot my Buttery Swiss burger that comes withan amazing garlic sauce had none. Typical fast food. Staff is pretty friendly. They make everything pretty fresh so you may have to wait. The prices are not what... they used to be. They used to be a good place for value but now everything is pretty expensive for fast food. Pretty standard.Still will go there in a pinch Read more
Hot fries, fresh made burger, 340pm no waiting, flavored Dasani ...fast food at it's best. Bacon was also crisp on the double... burger. Ate it like starving wolf! Very good meal. Read more
Ordered Monster tacos and all the lettuce was inside the bag and not on tacos; very messy. I also ordered egg rolls which were... fresh and crispy. Unfortunately, they were very greedy with condiments to my order. I suppose 3 egg rolls only get one dippingsauce lol. Anyways, this location did not leave a good impression. Read more
