I'd give them -5 stars if it was possible so the lady taking my order in the drive thru was like not trying to listen had to... tell her my order 3 times then I get to the pay window nobody there so I get to the hand out window tell her I didn't Parthenonthey were like a happy meal like they had no clue then didn't give me my chicken meal I ordered and then I had to ask for mydrinks and it was a large root beer that shehanded me and I hate root beer I ordered a medium Dr pepper so this place really isneed not so rude ppl and for their employees to pay attention more I worked at mc Donald's and this is just unacceptable Read more
This McDonald?s location has zero sense of urgency. I?ve waited over 20 mins and have not received my order yet? either their... short staff or have no sense of what fast food is. The worst McDonald?s service is here. Even though they?re the closest, I go to Renton and Tukwila McDonald?s just because they... are not Des Moines McDonald?s. Already had multiple curbside pickup orders wrong. This is the only place where I?ll double checkan order. For the first time, yesterday I waited 20 minutes, just to end up going inside and then being told their app orderingis down. One of the workers even came out two times and didn?t even say anything. If you knew that couldn?t you just tell me soI don?t waste any more of my time here? This is the last time I?ll be going to this location. What a failure that is theleadership here. Read more
Went there tonight so my daughter could get her and her friends some food. The lady witch I assume is the manger rudely hands me... a bag with chicken nuggets and says by I informed her that I had 5 burgers and 2fries she aggressively tells me we'll wait then.Then she hands me the bag with the fries dumped upsidedown. I get home and my chicken sandwichs where supposed to be addpickles, only had pickles. No mayo or lettuce. That was all 3. Then the mc dubbles where plain. And only one frie. So myhusband calls the guy on the phone said we could come back for a refund because the kids where eating it we just put condimenton our self. He goes up there the lady says we don't do refunds. Told him to call the cops if we wanted our money the only thingshe is gonna do for us is remake the food. So I'm like whatever remake it then. Get home and the McChickens where still wrong.They need to hire new managers. Read more
The chips were stale, cold, and tasteless, the icecream was crystallised and the woman behind the counter was rude when I asked... for a cup for the drink I paid for. Both the toilets are closed, and the staff were loudly fighting with eachother. On the plusside, the chicken burger I ordered was pretty well cooked and tastes fine. Read more
Sunday, March 27th at 9 pm. This location is a 24 hour open location. Having trouble finding pies for my wife at the 3... closest McDonalds. Called around and made sure they had pies. Had kind of long drive but wife really wanted pies. Got therereally long line I waited 40 minutes to get to order screen. Waited another 20 minutes at order screen. Someone finally cameand said they were closing no explanation no apology no compensation. I have had really poor service at this particularMcDonald?s. I called and spoke to the manager at the time. I filed a complaint with him but he did not need my phone number orcontact information. He was hard to understand and had extremely poor customer service. I am sure the complaint went in thegarbage. I would avoid this McDonalds. I have been to this one about 15 times and had problems about half the time. I willnot be back to this McDonald?s. All the McDonalds around me are getting worse. Lock the doors to the lobby whenever they want, and laugh at ppl for being confused? Not everyone has a car, or can pay for your... delivery, so what's the issue? I will be getting a receipt and writing a formal review. Read more
