Sadly, the other reviews mentioning inconsistent opening hours are true. We went a considerable distance to try MoMo?s. At... 5:05pm on Friday the van was locked up. Both a sign on the van and Google maps listing claim the opening hours on Friday are11am - 7pm. I understand that unforeseen circumstances occur from time to time, but it wouldn?t have take much effort to updatethe opening hours on Google so that customers know to not make a trip in vein. Food is very tasty! Everything was fresh and hot.

This truck moved in a year ago and has been a great addition to the food scene in Des Moines. The food is flavorful, authentic,... and fresh. The food is good enough to give this place a 4 star review despite the grievances listed below. There are somethings that could be changed or improved. Hours at this truck are inconsistent. Menu prices seem a little too high, and theytack on a 4% fee if you pay in card. They also made some menu changes that I wish they could return to: the kebab sandwich usedto come in a tortilla. Hopefully they can add that as a substitution at some point. Read more

Momo's definitely puts out restaurant quality dishes from a food truck! The gyro sandwich is an obvious favorite but also love... the chicken schwarma. The Greek fries are out of this world, would eat them as a meal any day of the week. Plenty of parking.Friendly guys working in the truck, do 'em a favor and wear a mask when your ordering! The food was good which was nice but I had a couple issues with my order unfortunately. They forgot our baklava and one of our... gyros had only meat on it, no vegetables. This lead to us having to redistribute the veggies off one sandwhich to another,creating messy fingers and 2 less than stellar sandwiches. My partner got the gyro sandwich and I had a falafel sandwich. Both were flavorful, hot, and filled with fresh ingredients. The... fries were hot and flavorful. Service was with a huge smile. I had no problems eating in my car, not that the food would havelasted very long - it smelled so good. Highly recommend. Read more

This place is amazing!!! The portions are very generous and the food is fresh and delicious. Honestly the best Mediterranean... food I have have in the states. Definitely recommend the beef kebab rice plate! I should have taken a picture but the smell wastoo delicious to wait. Read more
