Every random time we come her, the staff has been super friendly and it has never been a long wait time to be seated. We usually... come with our four year old and he loves it too. (a free red balloon, what's not to like?) I love their endless fries and thetable check out station, is super convenient too! It's well maintained and has great parking as well. hostess was nice and seated us promptly, however we waited for 20 minutes and no one came to even greet us or take our order.... highly disappointed. everyone that came in and sat after us already had their drinks and apps before we got up and left. Read more

Service at this location has really declined over the last six months. There has been a lot of turnover, and they seem... constantly understaffed. Takes forever for someone to even take your drink order. I ordered carry out today and went in to usethe bathroom while waiting, and the toilets were incredibly filthy! I?ve never seen it like that before. Despite the higherprice, I?ll be going to Normandy Park Ale House for my burgers from now on. Read more

I had the pleasure of speaking with server, Renee, to place my order, on 7/31/2022. Renee went above and beyond to help me... complete my order and find answers to my questions. I really appreciate Renee's amazing customer service and caring to make surethe food for my order was all together. Renee was very friendly, kind, understanding, patient, helpful, and personable. I alsoreally appreciate the positive atmosphere Renee brings forth even during a busy rush hour. I enjoyed the positive experience Ihad at this Red Robin because of Renee. It's people like Renee that make my day brighter and better. Came to the Red Robin in Des Moines! Had a bad experience! The server never came back to our table to ask if we needed anything!... I noticed she kept going back to other tables and skipped us. We are a family of 6 and usually it?s always been great servicebut this time it was pretty bad! We didn?t even get drink refills or fries or anything for that matter! They had only given us1 side of ranch and I think she didn?t like the fact we asked for more! I will not be coming back to this location! Too bad! I?mpretty disappointed! Read more

First bartender was great and she went on break. We asked for ice waters twice and a knife to cut a chicken sandwich on half. We... didn't get either. We asked to speak with a manager and they didn't even send one. There were plenty of people to serve. Can'tuse covid as an excuse anymore. We were very disappointed. Read more

Came here for lunch with my daughter, waited 20 minutes to get a table, once seated waited 15 minutes to be acknowledged by... anyone. Ordered drinks and food, food came out quickly and was good but never saw our server again for anything . No drinkrefills or fry refills. Doubt I?ll ever come back. Read more
