Was told immediately they weren't selling any food for half an hour which was fine. Ordered two drinks, a lemonade and a frozen... lemonade for my sister. Only received one drink and sat there waiting for over 20 mins for the second one. There was a ladywaiting 30 mins for the one pretzel she ordered on her break. Two of the workers left suddenly and the other workers wereignoring the line of customers with their airpods in, not even making previous orders. Went to pick up a doordash order. They didn't even know they had an order and then they kept asking what was ordered. They had... no pretzels ready. All of a sudden they tell everyone that they are only serving drinks! Then the drink station ran out thenthey stopped all orders! They said 10 minutes til my order was ready and it actually took 35. Total time spent waiting for theorder was exactly one hour! Wow! Never coming here again! Read more
Came to pick up my order and was told there wasn?t one?there actually was one but they skipped over it and had to search for... it?no apologies just a very nasty ?it?s gone be awhile? from the woman working behind the counter?no one was working when Iarrived?no pretzels prepared?they literally started preparing and cooking the pretzels when I arrived along with others waitingfor there orders?no sense of urgency and the sloppy guy preparing pretzels was dirty and looked gross. Stop giving me pretzels with no salt just because your to lazy to cook new ones!! This is the 2nd time this happened and I... didn't notice until I got home. Sour cream and onion pretzels and u gave us no salt pretzels! And it always seems like theynever have pretzels ready. There good fresh. It's Auntie Anne's... Quick pretzels, though not the highest quality. This location has been solid each time that I've been... here. If they haven't discontinued the cheese stuffed pretzel bites, AVOID them. They're pretty mediocre. Read more
