At exactly noon, no pretzels, no cheese sauce, no caring about it from the zoned out employee. What a shame.
I never write reviews but I feel compelled to share the absolutely awful customer experience we received today (3/1/2022 at 5:30... pm CST). As a business owner, I would have fired my employee for the behavior displayed. No one in line, plenty of pretzelsavailable, and as we walked up the female employee was filling even more cups with pretzels. Instead of acknowledging she saw usor even saying something like "Be with you in a moment" she just kept filling more cups of pretzels. She saw us, we saw her, andthere was nothing said. We spent 8 minutes waiting for her to finish. She now has an entire warmer overflowing with pretzels and3 more groups waiting behind us. When she decides our business is worth her time, she walks over and says nothing...literallyjust looks at us. Since there were no more pretzels to make we assumed we could place our order. She bags it, hands it to us,and never speaks a word! As we leave, she goes back to filling even more cups...mind you we only bought 2 cups and the warmer isstuffed with 3 groups of customers waiting to be served. Sad part was the food was good but with that level of service we willnot be back. That employee needs customer service training. Read more
Worst place ever. Always out of staple items, often burnt, employees are beyond rude if they speak to you at all. Increase pay... do you can get employees that aren't AWFUL. Read more

Terrible experience. I waited in line for 15 minutes. Made my request. She said it would take 8 minutes. I said ok, I'll pay... after they are ready so I could download mobile app. I stood right by the cashier for ANOTHER 15 minutes. Cashier then tells meto wait in the long line again since I didn't pay first. I said"what are you talking about, I already waited in line and beenstanding here in front of you for too long". Asked 30 minutes for nothing!!! . So unfair, I left. Read more
