This place was awful. We were the only people in there for at least 30 minutes. Our hostess informed us that you can get the... menu off-line with the QR code. We told her our phone doesn't do that and she continued to argue with us about how to do it andfinally she gave the 5 of us one menu to look at. All of us ordered different stuff, but the small pizzas hardly had any toppingon them. We waited 30 minutes for our food and the place was still empty with at least 6 workers. As the food was coming out theserver ( who we hadn't seen since we ordered or food and didn't see again until our bill was ready) told me that they were outof the soup I ordered. I feel like that is something that I should have been told immediately so I had time to re order. I don'trecommend this Pizza Kitchen at all, terrible service, food was mediocre at best and a bit combative. We won't be going back. Read more

Three of us stopped in for lunch on Saturday afternoon. It was busy. There was a 10 minute wait for a table so we ended up... eating at the bar. Alex C was our server. He also was serving four other people at the bar plus making drinks for the entirerestaurant. Let me just tell you that he was amazing! He was attentive and friendly and got every single detail right. My friendand I split the avocado club roll appetizer and the California Cobb ranch salad. Both were delicious. The avocado club rollswere piping hot and really delicious! The salad was fresh and wonderful! My son had a traditional pepperoni pizza which wasdelicious as well! We loved sitting at the bar and seeing the kitchen in full motion. It seemed to run like a top and it wassuper fun watching the pizzas go in and out of the oven. I was celebrating with my family. & we Experience terrible services. All the waiters were to busy talking to each other than... doing there job! I had to go to the kitchen staff to ask for refills on all of our drinks. I didn't leave a tip, since theydidn't want to bother working. This happen on july 6th. Also they sat us at a dirty table and kept moving us to differenttables. Read more
Sometimes mistakes happen and I brought up an issue to our server's attention. Our Margherita pizza was way undercooked. Both... the server and manager kept mentioning this is how it gets cooked and that they could overcook it if I wanted. I was soconfused. Shouldn't the food be cooked first to then overcook it further. When you lift the slice and all the topping just fallsoff as you see an uncooked dough, it is evident the pizza wasn't cooked. Again mistakes happen, but the unwillingness to accepta mistake was baffling. A simple apology and step to fix the issue would have gone a long way. I wouldn't recommend thislocation. Read more
I had went here with my family for lunch and we got our food very quick and it was very good but the cashier we had was terrible... he was all over the place he didn't check up on us at all and he didn't give us our check for an hour. And when he gave us ourcheck and we put our card in and he didn't come back for our check for another 45 mins. Bad customer service. Read more
