Yesterday was the second time that I?ve ordered food for pickup at the chipotlane (through the app) and found the window closed... when I arrived. I went inside to grab my food and they had the chairs on top of the tables 2 hours before closing. Some of thestaff at this location are friendly and helpful, others are sort of rude. We almost walked away but they meet our dietary restrictions. The serving area behind the glass was a mess. We are dairy free... and crossed our fingers there wasn't any cross contamination. The employee serving us had no desire to give us any kind ofacknowledgement beyond scrapping food onto our plates. There was no guac made and it wasn't until about 45min later that therewas any available. The only reason they didn't get a worse rating was because the food was decent and we didn't get sick, had towait a few days to write this to make sure. Read more
Went there for a lunch take-out on Sunday, June 19th. Everyone was friendly and hard working. Chipotle needs a Tip option on... their card reader for customers to show appreciation as I?m assuming their employees do not make a livable wage. Read more
Horrible customer service. Charged me for two meals when I had one, then tell me you should of asked to have your ordered... repeated to you. No you should repeat my order. Said I wasn?t going to refund. Said I was trying to get stuff for free. No Ijust wanted to pay for what I ordered. Worst experience at a restaurant that I have had. Trashiest chipotle in the world. Unorganized and dirty. They need to clean the line off before they scoot your food across the... counter. With 5 or 6 employees you would think it would be more efficient. Let's not talk about portion sizes. Chipotle isn'tcheap I deserve more than a half oz of green salsa. Also if you wear a mask put it on correctly. I don't care about mask but youjust look silly. Won't be spending my money here again. Read more
Ate here on a Sunday early afternoon. Service was good considering it was somewhat crowded in the Food Court. It's been awhile... since I've eaten at Chipotle and was surprised to see that if you want guacamole added to your burrito/burrito bowl, it's anadditional $2.50!! That seems ridiculous. I'm pretty sure in the past, guacamole was included. The food was okay, but I'm notgoing to pay the upcharge for guac! Read more
I have tried to eat at this establishment twice and both times they either closed early for no apparent reason or the last time... (today) I tried to order at 4:15 they were ?closed until 5pm? again for no apparent reason even though there were others in linealready they took orders for. If you are coming to the mall in hopes of getting chipotle while you shop you are taking at gambleof them even being open from my experience Read more
