I have not eaten at one of these in 20 years, how they have changed for the worse. They are not what they used to be in menu... choice or quality of food. In my opinion, unless something drastically changes this chain is on its way out the door. Not even agood choice for lunch, let alone dinner now. Probably won't be back. Read more

Went there with my daughter for a quick lunch. The area had power outages but McAllister?s were still open so we stopped in for... a quick bite. Service was good food was also good although the restaurant air conditioning was set for 90° outside it was alittle bit chilly. A good place to go for a quick bite. Read more
I love McAlister?s deli! So today I decided to visit a different location from my usual one. I placed the order online & went to... pick it up. However, when I got to the location to pick up the order, they weren?t able to find it. So I showed the order infoto the very nice young lady who was helping me. She basically told me that I had placed the order at the other location that wason the other end of the same road! Wow! I asked if I could cancel that order and just place one with her (after she offered) butshe basically told me she would inquire with the manager if I could get my entire order replaced at no cost even though it wasmy fault! She even offered me a drink! If that?s not GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE then I don?t know what is!!! This staff isexceptional and treated me better than the majority of restaurants I have visited in recent years! I will definitely continue topatronize McAlister?s until I can?t!!!!!!! They have real vegetarian options! That veggie spud is awesome. I ate it before thinking about taking a picture during my last... visit. There's also several sandwich options without meat. The tea is good, I think they're kinda known for it. It has a hint oflemon which is nice. Their dining room is open. The tables are spaced out for Covid-19 distancing. It was really cold in therethough, if we didn't leave our raincoats on we'd have been shivering. Read more
Never too busy, in a good way. Staff is pleasant and haven't had my order given to me incorrectly ever.
