I can really only speak for the mornings, I don?t visit other times of the day. But you can expect terrible service & unfriendly... staff. Coffee drinks made incorrectly & taste terrible. It?s not at all lost on me that fast food isn?t the most pleasant ofworking atmospheres and finding/retaining (good) staff right now is really tough. I worked fast food as my first job, I get thestruggle. I?m obviously not expecting to be treated like royalty, but you can expect zero basic human interaction here. Also,they claim their frappe machine has been ?down? for literally months. I?ve been told a few different times it was because of theremodel that appears to have been completed months ago. I?ve also been told it?s just down with no explanation. But I?ve visitedseveral times over the last several months (it?s a very convenient location and I keep thinking maybe things will improve) &it?s ?down? every single time. And to top off this morning?s visit: My ice water had a piece of lettuce floating in it. Thisused to be a great location to visit with very friendly staff. Definitely not the case anymore. Read more
Could not serve any food, only drinks. Was out of tea. Over 5 minutes for the car ahead to get 1 drink. Very unprofessional... when I pulled up. Drink was not as ordered and did not taste right. 8:20pm on a Saturday night??? I was very disappointed. Read more

Awful experience. Very slow. Once we finally got our food, it was cold. The fries were not completely cooked and had no salt at... all. The chicken nuggets I got were cold. The employee at the window where we picked up our good did not speak to us or evenlook at us. Read more
For some odd reason dine in closed in the middle of the day while people are still eating inside. With an immense amount of... attitude an employee refused to take our orders and ordered us out of the building. If other customers are eating inside you?dthink you?d be able to too. Read more
Horrific experience, always. Took a chance on his location after avoiding it for the past three years and was unfortunately... reminded of why I don't waste my time here. Put in a mobile order in and 20 minutes later I had to go walk around the building(bc every door was locked and the employees were repeatedly ignoring the phone) knock incessantly in order to be acknowledgedand was then given my order which was ready, sitting there on the counter waiting to be brought outside for who knows how long,next to other bags of which I'm sure were the other neglected mobile order customers. Oh, and mobile order spots were all fulldue to their own long wait and I had to pull into an unmarked spot, which was the only reason I tried to get through on thephone to begin with. Honestly felt bad for the people next to me who had been there waiting even longer. The hours of operation incorrect. I stoped by on 11/29/22 at 9:30pm and the system said this location was closed. The hours are... listed as being open until 11pm. There was a car ahead of us that was able to order and they shut the system off as soon as thecar in front of us pulled away. When I worked at McDonals we would finish taking meal orders for the cars in the drive throughthat were present at the time of close. If 5 cars were in the drive at 10 when we closed we assisted all 5 cars. Read more
