I love this location. We live all the way in st Charles and come to this location. The food is always cooked perfect! I came in... the other day to redeem my free burger for my birthday, yes they give you an entire free meal(including fries) for yourbirthday! It?s amaZing! And my food was cooked right at the time I said I was going to pick it up so when I got there is wassuper hot and everything was cooked perfect! I will always come back to this location. Came in around yesterday around 4pm on a Saturday. Party of 4 with only a 15 minute way to be seated which was not bad. Was... seated and our waitress never introduced herself. Just asked what we wanted to drink. We knew what we wanted to eat as we hadbeen here many times before. Two people wanted to split a dish and I got the $10 meal deal they were offering at the time.Waited about 15 minutes for the food and I had finished my drink and watch her pass our table multiple times without checking onus but checking on the other tables in her section. Has to ask the person who brought out food out from the kitchen for a refillon my drink as i could not get our servers attention. Burgers and chicken sandwiches were cooked perfect but the fries andcheese and bacon dip were warm at best and even the refill on fries we received was just warm. When looking at the check thewaitress did not ring the bill up properly as I did not get the $10 meal deal even upon asking for it twice when ordering at thebeginning. When confronting the waitress about this, she claimed she needed to ring it up that was and grabbed 2 empty cups withone hand and flung it up within inches of one of the kids faces at the table while walking away. One of the worst experienceswith a waitress I have had ever while dinning inside a restaurant. Talked with the manager who apologized with the experienceand offered a coupon for a free appetizer for the trouble. Here's your reviewbelow: We got seated quickly A clean high chair was provided for our little one We got an order in for fries right away sincewe were starving and they brought 2 baskets, enough for everyone. We ordered a full platter of sauce options. The waiter was alittle bothered by that as usual. Its rare to get a waiter at Red Robin who gets excited to bring you all the sauceoptions. They refilled drinks and fries pretty well but didnt always take up the empty cups and baskets. The food was great!And we has fun mixing sauces. My daughter didnt like the mac and cheese from the kids menu. They didnt have too many goodvegetarian kids food options. Some kid friendly guacamole to go with their fries would have been great and healthy dinner. Shedid enjoy the manderine orange fruit cup style though. Read more

Laid back place staff was helpful and up beat. Didn't take long to get our drink or and to order our food. Food was great and my... severe really made our night by doing more then nessacery to make sure we have a great experience. Always a solid choice. Great variety of burgers, but plenty of other choices if you're not a burger fan. The fries are more... popular, but I suggest getting the homemade chips. If you're a person that likes to dip your fries, chips, etc., then thecampfire sauce is a must. I must mention most of the sides are unlimited. They'll bring you all you can eat.
