This Starbucks sucks. I hate that it?s the closest one to my work. They turn their mobile ordering off almost every morning but... then they are open and have a line backed up to the door. Even the rare occasion the mobile ordering is on, still expect to wait15-20 minutes either way. I?m giving 2 stars because I like the staff and feel bad for them. The parking lot is also just alwaysa catastrophe but I know that?s not their fault. Read more

This store often turns off mobile ordering. My nitro cold brew that I often order tasted like cleaning products this week. The... shifts appear to have no supervision or direction. Read more

We're moving to St. Louis and have visited this location on our last two trips to the city. The mobile orders were at least 25... minutes behind. When I asked for a refund, I was told to to go wait in line. The scene inside was chaotic and messy, and wenever got our coffee. Employees at this Starbucks are mistreated. They're understaffed and there seems to be no willingness tothrottle orders or provide longer wait times in the app. I hope that they are successful in unionizing this location. It wouldbe a major benefit to this community. Read more

This is my local Starbucks and I go here a few times each week. It is okay, but there are often problems with my order which I... just do not understand in that I usually use their app? I think that it is primarily a staffing issue and that there needs to bemore employees working each shift. If I have a specific comment /criticism it is that there needs to be a person standing at thepickup area to address problems all of the time rather than just during the rush hour. Next, the place could be cleaner and thetrash cans (including the one outside) needs to be emptied more often. This place prints money so hiring more employees shouldnot be that hard? Also, while understaffed and perhaps poorly managed I will say that the employees are, in general, clearlytrying to do a good job... which I appreciate. Read more

The coffee and brownie were delicious. The staff were friendly and most accommodating. I?ve always enjoyed my experience at a... Starbucks but this particular store was just plain unkept. While there was a steady flow of costumers it really wasn?t superbusy. I never saw anyone standing around doing nothing everyone was hustling to keep things moving. What caught my first as Iwent in the glass doors needed to be cleaned desperately. As I opened the door I was greeted by an mounded up overflowing trashtrash can. I?m not sure if there was a staffing problem or what but it would have taken someone five minutes to correct theproblem. This is a management problem. Make your business inviting as soon as your patrons arrive. Since I met someone there Iknow this didn?t happen from a rush or a bus because they said it had been that way for just under an hour that they knewof. I?ve never seen it like this before and if I?m greeted by a pile of trash again you?ll loose this customer. Anyway thanksfor the great coffee and friendly service. Read more
