This Place is just not worth it... Burger King in General has been in decline I believe... and the restaurants them self don't... help they make me not go here ...Whooper with cheese is still good but they are lacking in everything else including service ! Read more
I'm done with this place. This is not the first time that I've waited way too long in the Drive-Thru for my food. People in... front of me are actually pulling away after ordering cuz they're waiting so so long. It happens at breakfast and at lunch. Ilike their food better than other chains, but this one is just way too slow. Get it together Burger King. Read more
What a very personable person who took our orders by the window...none! You know by the tone of his voice if he's interested... with what he's doing or not. If i am the manager of that branch or during hiring process these employees should be trained howto deal with people and put their best personality forward in order for the customers to feel good and perhaps become repeatcustomers! The food was good and the restaurant was clean but I had asked for no pickles. I guess when you say no pickles to them that... means extra ???? but english and comprehension are hard to come across at all the fast food places here in Des Plaines. Read more

Very disappointed. Burger King always claimed to "have it your way". So, 3 double cheeseburgers. 2 no ketchup, 1 with Ketchup... only. The girl working the speaker was completely confused. So, I repeat it. Still confused, I say it a third time. Nope, stilldoesn't get it. So, a young man takes over and says, yeah yeah, I got that. Here's your total. Wait, I said. I have more. Hereplied, what else do you want ? I said 6 nuggets. He says, So you want a kids meal . I said NO ! I said, tell me what I canorder for nuggets that's not on the kids meal. He said, 4 or 8. Ok, I'll take the 8. What else ? I said, large onion rings.That's all I need. He said pull around. Now, I'm not given a total, no hello, no sorry about the confusion. Just hand out thewindow waiting for payment. Debit card comes back and still no receipt. Now, comes the food. Hey all good but there's a largefries in there. Hey, I said. I didn't order a large fries. He said, I charged you for one. I said ok, take it back and returnthat coat to me. He takes it and closes the window. 30 seconds later he opens it and says, I need your card. So, I give him thecard. He uses it and returns it. I said, any receipt today ? He gives me the receipt for the credited amount only. I said,where's the original one ? He just looked at me. I said, forget it ! Ya know, if you hate your job then quit and find another.If no child left behind is producing people that can't take an order on cheeseburgers, yet still feel that $15 per hour isn'tenough then, OMG ! People have to have a clue about life. Nobody is perfect and we all make mistakes but customer service, agood head on your shoulders and earning your keep will certainly change the public as well as Burger King ! Read more
