This place is a joke. They got my order wrong and then offered to send me a new one delivered the following day. After multiple... callbacks (because someone answered the phone who couldn?t speak English) and going back and forth, DAVID told me that hisdriver didn?t want to deliver my pizza because his driver wasn?t going to get tipped, but that I could come pick it up. I really don?t get how this chain works staff always complain they never get a order correct I prefer do make my own pizza as I... don?t like the regular menu and even with just 3-4 ingredients guaranteed to be wrong and they always want to sell you 2pizzas. I wanted a pizza with tomato base with chicken onion red peppers what do I get a pizza only with red peppers and theyheavily over charge at $14.97 for 1 they always over 2 pizzas at $4.99 each with 2 toppings they never understand that if andwhen I want pizza I go get it as I?m traveling. Not using anymore should have just ordered from hotel menu a pizza and had whatI wanted than goes to this clown company. I came in and there are 10 ppl in the store and I ordered on their app half an hour ago and it says ready for pickup. After... waiting 5 min to speak to cashier they say it?s still not ready. Save your time and money and go to another pizza place. Theemployees are all young kids. When I spoke to an older gentleman he was just rude and dismissed several customer inquires aboutpizzas being ready. After waiting 50 min for 2 medium pizzas and still no pizza we decided to cancel and pick up elsewhere.Pizzas we got in 15 min, also ordered on apps and delivered as promised. The lack of effort by their employees was the finalnail. Will not be going to this location ever again. Read more
10/7/2018 original 5 Star review. Like the large three topping carryout coupon! Thin crust pizza is my preference. New visit... 1/2/2019, they put the wrong topping on my pizza, luckily I looked at it before I left the store. No real apology, luke warmoffer to remake pizza, offered free order of "nuggets". Didn't know what they were, small bites of baked pizza crust withparmesan cheese and some kind of greasy liquid to flavor and adhere the cheese. Menu price $2.49 probably cost $.39 tomake. Acted like I was the problem. Who would accept a bacon, ham, and pineapple pizza covered with jalapeno rounds. I askedfor owners number, after giving it to me the employee goes back to his station and makes a phone call . . Of which I heard "soyou're going to get a call soon". When he finally brought the pizza out, I told him his time would have been better spent oncustomer service. He told me to take my business elsewhere and walked away making an obscene gesture. To add insult to injurymy son throws the door open when I get home telling me I took too long . . . the pizza was knocked to the floor upside down. I've never seen a tossed pizza salad before. So disappointed tonight, my order took longer than what it usually takes, I was asking if the wings were baked or fried (I... hadn't tried them) the lady said they go on the grill, unfortunately they're baked, they're just soggy and nasty didn't even eatthem. My pizza apparently was ready but personal was complaining to each other about not having enough help and when the Manager( I'm assuming she was the Manager) decided to step in, she was handling money and didn't even wash her hands to cut my pizza,what that heck? didn't you guys get your food handler? I ordered Wisconsin 6 cheese with extra cheese, ham, mushroom and onions. I got regular cheese... not even extra cheese... with... ham, onion and mushroom. Also... they never cut the second pizza... Ive had this exact order pizza at another location and neverhad issues. Read more
Very bad customer service. I made large pizza order 8 hours ahead of time and when I came to pick it up, they didn?t even start... working on it. All they said was ?we are working as fast as we could?. Simply unreliable. Read more
