Always puts sugar in my coffee. When I order cream only. No longer will go there. I went to star bucks this morning.
Worst run Dunkin' I have ever seen. The building is dilapidated and the staff is clueless. There are homeless people in-the... vestibule at times. I have been coming here weekly since August (due to kids drop off at RecPlex down the street) but today wasno more. I had come in with a Chicago Bulls promotion (Dunkin Race, free coffee code) and they said that this promotion was onlyvalid in Chicago scores and the y cant scan it. I had no trouble using this promotion all the way in Fox Lake with noissue. Just a terrible location and ill-managed. I will be driving to the drive thru in downtown Mount Prospect vs thing dingydump. BTW, this location is walk in only. NO curbside orders, no drive thru. Very odd location. Read more
Not the best location, better off driving an extra block or two to another one? almost always has a line, and I really think... it?s due to incompetence, not how busy they actually are. Looks like only one worker in the morning? Takes forever and icedcoffees are straight sugar and cream. ???? Crazy! Read more
