The cashiers are very disrespectful she stared shouting on me just because I pronounced the name. Shame.
The food was flavorful, freshly made and generous sized portions! The restaurant was clean and the service was amazing.
We shopped the whole day and we were in the road for a long while and just decided to stop in here for a quick bite. I was with... my cousin who already went in this place and it was my first time. It was basically a burger spot that also have other differentchoices on their menu. We decided to just order their burgers and I let my cousin order for me. The place is a bit spacious andit has a nice ambiance inside and there were also a lot of people eating inside. Customer service is somehow great. The staff isfriendly, helpful but our food takes long before it was served. Our burger both has a huge portion and the patty was hugeincluding the other ingredients in it. The burger really looks good and it tastes good too. I was able to finish it after a fewminutes because I was also famished that time and it is our first meal for that day. Inside the Rivers Casino are few dining options; we frequent FLIPT for the chicken salad and the Flipt burgers (the junior is... more than decent). Use points from your losses (AHEM!) casino experiences to pay for some of it. CLEAN, inexpensive, easy to seethe day's special and sit down, they'll drop it at your table (tip 'em). We split meals and since pandemic days, you won't berefilling your own pop. It's a perfect spot to chill while onsite and pleasant enough to step away from the casino floor in. Theonion rings are really ample, hearty fare and the food is prepared fresh. WiFi works there, so check in and enjoy a break, evenif you're not gambling. Read more

It's easy to find good burgers anywhere in the USA, and this is another joint. Real taste of meat and juicy fillings. They have... various choices of burgers and you can make your burger choosing the toppings. It's located inside the Rivers Casino near O'HareAirport, so if you want a bite while gambling or are staying in an hotel around (that was my case), it's a good choice. Very disappointing. It's a burger place primarily with more expensive burgers ($14 for just the burger - no sides) than the... burgers at their Wheelhouse restaurant. Typically these restaurants have very good burgers that are worth the price. But not inthis case. Medium rare wasn't an option, but we both chose pink and asked for as much pink as possible. Sadly, neither burgerhad any pink at all. They were way over cooked. The bun also fell apart for me, which made it annoying to eat. I opted not tofinish the burger and instead eat the toppings and bun as a sandwich for some of my meal, since the burger was way too overcooked. The onion rings were good, so if we ever have to eat there again, we'll avoid the burgers. Perhaps I'd get onion ringsand a milkshake instead. I definitely don't recommend the burgers unless you want one that's over cooked. It was also rivet fora restaurant where you order at the counter and don't have full wait service. They do bring your food out, but you're given anumber, so it's more like a cafeteria vibe. We have no plans to return. Plenty of better options on the area and even in thesame casino. Read more
