The pizza I ordered was disgusting. There was hardly any sauce and the crust was unleavened, dry, crunchy, and hard. I called... the store, and the man kept repeating that it was my correct order. He told me that I could only have a refund if I brought itback to the store uneaten. We took bites of 2 slices because I at first thought they mistakenly gave me the thin and crispycrust, and I figured we would just eat it. However, it was completely inedible. We ended up tossing it.the manager was unwillingto work with me and was very rude. I have photos of the unrisen crust, and I would just like a refund. Read more
Delivery was out for over over an hour and the store is only a mile away!! Manager knew nothing and was condescending!! Pizza... The pizza quality has gone done at this location. I have ordered from this location for a while now and each time my experience... and the quality of food is not good. The staff is friendly, but the food quality is bad. I order online and they messed up myorder a few times. The meat and the ingredients dont seem fresh like before. The food was ready when I came to pick it up. I didn't have any problems at all with staff. They had good customer service. I... would definitely come here again even though theirs a closer one by my house. The place was clean and pretty much well kept. Iwould definitely recommend this place to my friends. Generally, the food is good here - it has the same taste like any other Pizza Hut: garlic crust (if you asked for it), decent... veggies and meats, and the bread sticks are decent. Pasta here has been fair to poor since it was relatively dry and not much onchicken the last few times I ordered from here. This is not a dine in place - it's for deliveries and pick up orders, just likethe nearby Little Caesars. But what is of issue of late is their delivery staff - it seems if they are lacking or lax. The lasttwo orders gave me a call and asked me to pick it up or cancel the order. The last time was because the driver's didn't show upupon the store opening. Delivery, to me, is a convenience option, so picking it up is not a big deal since I live relativelyclose. But for other customers it will be if they are working from home or cannot drive for whatever reason, as well as thedistance too. I'd say the staff generally tries to do a good service but is marred by unreliable and inconsistent deliverystaff (for whatever reason, maybe local help just suck or perhaps bad luck (not likely)). So, expect to pick up from this placeor order from another store. Delivery option beware. Read more
The most disappointing Pizza Hut experience. This place looks closed down, now I know why. The pizza and breadsticks I ordered... aren?t even made with the usual Pizza Hut dough. They were flat, dry, and tasted bland. Never going here again. Read more
