Went through the Drive thru and got 2 pub fries with sides of beer cheese, both which spilled all out in the bag. Then, there... was a hair in not one, but both pub fries. Half dark and half blonde like someone had bleached ombre hair. Now I don't want togo on a scavenger hunt to find any more in the rest of our meal. Gross. I get it's fast food, but you shouldn't be going so fastthat your hair is flying out into people's meal. Read more

Fries were burnt and cold & chicken sandwich mildly warm! They were rushing to close and still had 20 minutes before scheduled... too. I will not return nor do I recommend. Read more
INTELLIGENCE INSULTED! I have been going to this particular Wendys for years and never have been disappointed accept today! My... order was simple...a Biggie Bag with a double stack, High C orange, with bbq sauce and a medium Strawberry Frosty. When Ireceived my MEDIUM Frotsy it was CLEARLY in a Small 12oz! ( I get them frequently enough to KNOW it was a small ) I Ask thedrive thru clerk why it so small, his reply was "that is the medium" . I proceeded to ask to see the large size and he showed asignificantly larger cup. I simply told him the size I received was NOT a medium but I was pressed for time so I had leavetaking it as a loss. As I preceeded to eat my food my fries tasted as if they had been sitting for extremely long time. Thenuggets were okay , the double stack was good. The Drink order was incorrect because I was given a orange FANTA instead of HI Corange which my taste buds were not prepared for so I spit it out and threw it away along with the cold fries. I feel like myhard earned money was wasted this trip. Hopefully I will have a better experience next visit as I have in the past at thisparticular wendy's. But not anytime soon. Read more

Very pleased to this Wendy?s because the service I get was exceptional. Cashier was very attentive and very knowledgeable. They... know how to explain the items to the customer properly. Wendy?s has a wide variety of burgers to choose from. The prices arevery reasonable. Staff here incredibly courteous, polite, and helpful. It was quick and efficient service. I had fantasticburger, it was tasty and delicious, fries are extremely hot and crispy. Great quality of food and excellent service theyprovided. Overall satisfactory experience here. Multiple mobile orders messed up. Unfortunately it happens near closing time. I understand, there is a clean up process and... everyone wants to go home, but we all work hard for our money we would like to get what we paid for. I wouldn?t mind writing offone bad order but multiple in a week that?s not right. Ordered 3 frostys 2-medium 1- large. I got 3 small and 1 had theconsistency of milk. Always love my food! For some reason maybe it?s my work clothes or something but ever time I get into this restaurant the staff... walk away from the counter and don?t talk to me don?t look at me . I never had past experiences with these employees why treatme so different? Not recommending this place to my friends and not being my kids here anymore Read more
