I may have tried many different burgers but Wendy's Bacon Mushroom Melt burger is still one of the best I've tried. I also love... their fries paired with their mayonnaise dip. I hadn?t seen customer service like that in a while at Wendy?s to be honest. Thisis truly one of the most filling fast food meals I?ve had in a long time. The service was super-fast and the burger was perfect.I like how clean it is and atmosphere. I will give you guys a 5 Star on customer service alone!!! Keep up the great work! I willbe back. Yet again although the website says they are open and they have signs advertising breakfast they were closed at 7:15am. There... were also no hours posted anywhere on the windows or doors. Read more
They cook fast so you don't have to wait for it for a long time some fast food places are slow
Review update: gave them a second chance today. Asked for honey packet for biscuit - of course no honey. Just a dry biscuit.... Also asked for two Egg and Cheese breakfast sandwiches with no bacon, she asked me 3 times what I wanted (not sure if she couldunderstand me) and I clearly said no bacon. Sandwich?s came with no cheese or bacon. Every time I come here it?s a fiasco.Needs new management. Refused to offer Free Veterans Day breakfast meal that was advertised on Wendy?s headquarters socialmedia pages. Even after I showed the manager the advertisement, she refused. Went to the Des Plaines location and they we happyto give a wounded veteran a meal. Will no longer go to this location and I?ll be outside with a sign shortly in protest. Read more

Didn?t get my whole order. At the drive thru they stated they were out of drinks and still attempted to charge full price for... the meal and the manager interfered (aggressively) first stating they charge full price with no drink. When I asked how so, shestated we can substitute with a lemonade. Mind you H.S students are there all the time. I guarantee the manager takes advantageof those children (charging full price) instead of informing them they can substitute items. Don?t waste your time calling thephone number because you will get the busy signal. Read more
