Food is not consistent and takes a very long time to get it. I went through drive through today, waited quite along time. As... most people do, as driving away I grabbed a fry out of my bag. It was cold and old. I parked and went in to get fresh ones.These poor employees were frazzled! Under staffed or not enough training. I work in N. Palm Springs, so go to the Del Taco at111 and Racquet Club about once a week. Always consistent and they are very busy. I do notice they don't have a turn over ofemployees. Maybe DHS store needs to get pointers from them. Drive through issue needs to be resolved. Due to traffic,employees can't hear customers, customers can't hear employees. Bad design! Read more
Just ate at this place. First of all the store is filthy and the food really sucks. I had an "epic combo" and it was anything... but epic. All it was, was a tortilla filled with mostly beans and not much else. It was a mess and didn't taste any better. $9 for this burritto and a small soda. What a rip-off. Read more
The manager on 9-6-22 emptied 2 burritos out of my bag for drive thru customer. Employee then took order of another person gave... them their food in five minutes.... as I watched my three taco sit for 17 minutes in a bag. Manager forgot about me made excuseswhen I asked about my order as she scrolled back on their order menu. I said I just want a refund to leave because she forgot meand my food was cold. She said she doesn't give refunds. The register doesnt refund. I took her picture. Very rude and lieing tome as I watched her the whole time do what she did and I left with cold tacos. I will not come back here for one year and tillthey get a Different manager. She is not a team leader.My time in was 7:22 pm I left at 7:44pm. I will be going to palm springsdeltaco because of incompetence. She even smiled at me when she said no refunds. The one fella said are you sure you don't wantyour refund. I usually go to del taco super late night after work. I end up there between 3 and 5 am. Around 4 am is a hard time for food at... this corner. McDonald's doesn't accept card and del taco is closed so their system resets.. for 30 minutes. That is a long timefor a system reset. I used to work graveyard at another fast food location and there was never a time we were closed or hadpayment restrictions. Lost revenue for the company because I end up at Castanedas instead. 30 minutes is a long time to wait ina sketchy, homeless ridden parking lot. Product doesn't alter, still good.. if they're open. On my recent drive-thru visit, the attendant made me stop a little more than a car length away from the drive up window. When... asked why, he mumbled something so I asked again and he said it was because my food wasn't ready. I said that waiting at thewindow was never a problem before. There were no cars ahead or behind me. Then he said something about the clock timer theyhave. This is the 2nd time I have ordered fries and asked for them well done. Both times they were soggy and barley even warm. Iordered a soft chicken taco and asked for extra sauce. There was so much sauce it was slopping out of the entire taco and thatwas all I could taste. No hot sauce was given when I asked for it face to face. But that?s nothing in comparison to the taco that had PLASTIC inside... covered in (hopefully) beyond meat. I have never had this happen to me and it?s worse that it took place while trying to enjoy avacation in the desert. Clearly NO ONE CARES at this location. Read more
A great experience except the spinach should have had the stems cutoff to better enjoy the eating experience. Otherwise,... excellent. Read more
