Not a good experience first time in desert valley. Need to pay before you sit that too 15 percent tip included. They don?t even... tell you tip is included in the bill. Took almost an hour to get the food the server is the cashier I wonder if she is cook too.Had to ask for soup spoon none of us got it. Had to keep going to the front desk and ring the bell whenever we needed anything.At the end asked for some glass of what she got us two small water and said 1.99 each. I never write a review no matter how badthe service but this place I had just have to it is not fair to us taking 15 percent tip with that kind of service. very very bad service the dishes changed the drinks half a plate of 4 pieces with 2 pieces they did not accept cards. the dirty... toilets and the obligatory tip it took 40 minutes to serve and some dishes without rice in a Chinese restaurant. and thewaitresses in shorts and flip flops, terrible Read more
The WORST FOOD AND SERVICE. DO NOT GO HERE. They don't tell you that they take only cash until after you're done eating. We... ordered an order of spring rolls (4) and it only had 2, we told the server and she bring the other two separately. We ask for asmall and a large boba and the large was in a bigger cup but only filled half way through, I ordered a mango one and they got mea taro, I didn't wanted to make a big deal so I took it. I ordered teriyaki chicken with rice which took them more than 40 minto serve and when they brought it it was chicken with rice noodles, they said they didn't have rice so they just went ahead andput noodles instead without even asking. The check had a 15% gratuity added automatically which they also don't tell you. So fora table of 3, mistaken items, burnt flavored food and horrrrible service we had to still pay more. We were the only customers, yet my order took 40 minutes, came out EXTREMELY salty, the meat was dry and old, and twice the... price of any other pho place...... they force take a tip, for horrible service, and un wiped tables... I definitely don'trecommend ! Read more
Very flavorful and tasty. Fresh ingredients and sweet savory combination was perfect with the beef and bread used.
Food was decent, prices a little high and friendly staff made the experience a little better. Overall pleasant experience

We had beef pho and tofu Cho mein there for dinner. It was very good. What I want to especially point out is the hard working... lady there who was the one man show. She took orders, prepared food, served and cleaned. She was the only one running the wholething! I was very impressed and very grateful for her work! Of course we left an extra tip!
