Ordered a large meatlovers and headed to the lobby only to find supplies stackedon tables and an employee is sleeping in a booth. And they charge for cheese and pepper packets. I just paid $27 bucks for a large, pepperoni pizza! If I thought it was going to be that much...I would have ordered from... Rocky's Pizza instead for less money and way better pizza! Pizza never showed up, was never explained why. Manager won't give a refund unless I come in for her own personal reasons.... Also never gave me a logical answer why they can't return my payment that was made online..... but on top of that flat out awfulservice the manager(female) would not even get on the phone with me and rather had her uncomfortable employee pass oninformation that she wouldn't for some reason. That person should not be managing anywhere, and not working with customers. Ifyou don't have any customer support skills, like not even being able to handle a simple error on your end. I walked in to place an order in person, and what I see is a small dog in the kitchen area where they make pizzas. Idk what kind... of establishment allows dogs in the kitchen area. But I?ve never seen that . The dog seemed to belong to one of the staff, sincetwo employees walked out of the kitchen with dog and walked into the womens restroom. Read more
Food was good. Service was great the first time and not so great the second. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes before... someone walked over and greeted me but he was kind so I didn't make a big deal. Nice to be recognized though, at least awelcome, I'll be right with you. Read more

Poor customer service! Doors locked on one side of the restaurant. Large stains in carpet. Missing tables and chairs in... lobby. Employee sleeping in booth. Soda fountain machine is turned off. Selling only bottle drinks (expensive). It's clearthe owner does not care about the customer. Many replies to complaints give an email for more information but never followsup.
