They are so stingy on the meat at this location it?s outrageous. We know it?s not going to look like the picture, but it?s... basically theft at this point. We?re not getting what we paid for. I ordered a BEEF Chalupa, not a lettuce Chalupa with beefessence. Opened it up and there was practically no meat in there at all. Then the manager wants to argue saying it?s?portioned.? The only thing I have to complain about is the wait time at the deive-thru. No matter what time you go it always takes like 10+... minutes when there's is no line and 20+ minutes when there is a rush. Also, they constantly forget to add sauces with the order,rarely but it has happened a couple times where Items we're missing. Happens often enough for me to write about it though. Read more

This afternoon, Dec. 4, I went in, at about 2pm. DHS 92241. It took about 10 minutes for someone could come to the lobby to... serve me, but no worries about this, due to the current situation. They were busy in drive through. I asked the gentleman ifyou, indeed, have encheritos again. He said yes! I am sure he will remember me, as I told him I (am a 67 yead old woman, nothreat to him) wanted to go over the barriers and hug him. I ordered four, and he suggested adding sour cream. Great upsell, andhe was so nice, friendly, and didn't show stress, even though they were slammed. Sorry I didn't get his name, but he is an assetto Taco Bell. Just had to take the time to praise someone who is rocking his job, and keeping us fed and happy. I sincerely hopethis gets back to this wonderful young man. Thank you for listening. Read more
