The entire reason for getting this clearly sub-par pizza is for the speed and convenience. If I have to wait 40 minutes for 1... sausage and 1 pepperoni pizza, I?ll just get better food at Domino?s or Pizza Hut. Read more
I ordered crazy bread and got this. I live 20 miles from the store and when I called to rectify, they told me they would get me... a new order. I specifically asked if I need to bring this back, and they tell me no. I get to the store and the manager tells methey don't know who would've told me that but I'm definitely not getting more because I had to bring it in!? Zeroaccountability. Wasted gas and hungry kids. Everything was good until I got back to work and realized that my pizza was really burnt.. I threw it away and figured I would... call when I got off work. I called and they said they couldn't replace it unless I brought in the burnt one. So I kindly askedfor the general manager number or some higher up manager and she said they can't give out the number cause it's personal. So howis someone supposed to post a complaint when something's wrong..... All I wanted was my order fix or replaced. I didn't careabout the money back. The business is always clean, at times the pizza isn't as fresh as one would like but that's for the hot and ready... pizzas. Typically the workers do their job but do not have a friendly environment personality. Read more
Just called in at 9pm to ask if I could still order a pizza because I know they were closing in a hour didn't want to make a... last minute order for them. The girl on the phone was sassy to begin with and preceeded to laugh after giving her my name forthe order. I know some people have a hard night but this wasn't her being fed up as much as her being a dumb teenager and havingno real customer service experience. Read more
Good pizza. Great deals. Cheesey bread excellent. Excellent customer service and very clean as well! Definitely a nice change... from the messy St. Louis area pizza places. Gotta go to Desloge to eat more often! Read more
I ordered 2 pizzas, 2 breadstick, and 2 brownies, delivery driver had to come to my house 2 times, both times order was wrong,... finally I drive down there and they have nothing to say to me? Just sorry. Guess what I'll order from Casey's or dominoes fromnow on. Read more
