I?ve eaten here many times and never had a problem. But two weeks ago I came in and ordered an all American sub I believe it... was. The kid making the sandwich had no idea what he was doing. He and the girl came out of the back eating. And the guy startedmaking my sandwich?.when I told him he forgot a meat on the sandwich he disagreed? I said you can literally see it has anothermeat on it, in the picture on your menu. He actually says ?oh no, it just looks like that?. I said I?ve been getting the samesub for years! Lol I know what?s on it! Still he disagreed, we paid and I brought the menu up on my phone to show him, that hewas wrong. He ended up just walking into the back. I have to say, that will be my last time eating your subway. Had I asked forextra meat, you would?ve charged me. But you can give me a sandwich with less meat and I still pay the same. Lol. Conveniently located inside Walmart for that ease of shopping for your necessities then grabbing dinner for the family on the... way out the door without having to make another stop on the way home. Read more

As far as my sandwiches go, they were fine. When I walked into the restaurant initially though, I was concerned about how dirty... it appeared. It was only 11am and the floor was filthy and unswept, the glass was smudged and covered in fingerprints and therewas a pile of cardboard just laying around by the backdoor. The girls were also slow. For some reason this location has food that I want to eat all the time. Remarkably fresh and taste is tremendously different... then all the other subways. They all are great but deslige is where its at. I appreciated when its done like a professional. This tastes better then steakhouse and over priced restaurants inthe wrong business for the wrong reasons. Read more

Very young and Rude, No customer service skills at all, or even common courtesy to their customer. Much less violating health... codes/ regulation for handling food! This is the first time my grandson has been to Walmart since all of the Covid19precautions. He just turned 8 and wanted to spend his birthday money. He requested Subway for lunch. We both are wearing ourface mask and keeping social distancing. While waiting in line to order I was reading all of the signs that subay has postedabout safety precautions that ?we? should take. And noticed that the girl making sandwiches stoped to answer the phone. Shestepped away from the counter to continue her phone call while leaving her costumer waiting. Not a dig deal, but the whole timeI was wondering if she was going to replace her gloves. In the mean time the other worker finished her customers order. She thenasked if she could help me, with the same contaminated gloves on. I politely said yes but that I had a request. That she changeher gloves She immediately got offended and asked me if it was because she was touching the phone. And I said yes that is why.I was not mean or hateful in anyway. She started to make the sandwiches but was so offended by my request that she stop towhisper to the other worker. And she finished making them. She was not friendly at all they both acted as if I ? the customer ?was an inconvenience to them. They made me so uncomfortable. I was so disgusted by the time I payed I just wanted to leave. ButI got my grandson his food. This was a horrible experience and will never go back to Desloge Walmart Subway again!! Read more

One of the workers was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. I?m a DoorDash rep. I was there before they closed and she claimed... the customer didn?t order until 6 minutes in the future from the time they were telling me this. I said ... that?s impossibleit?s not even that time now and she started getting aggressively argumentative and hateful practically yelling at me to call hermanager she wasn?t making it. I even said ? I see that your getting upset , I?m not trying to argue with you just discuss thatthere is clearly a discrepancy in your system if it says they ordered after you close but I?ve been waiting here since beforeyou closed? she had a chip on her shoulder the size of Texas and never should a contractor for a company, a coworker , or acustomer have to deal with that kind of hateful behavior. I?ve managed a store before and I would have fired her. I will bereaching out to her manager as she so loudly suggested several times and I?ve already reached out to corporate. It?s not abouther fulfilling the order (which she should have it was already paid for no system was needed it just needed made) it?s about thetemperamental defensive aggressive attitude she had . It was not acceptable!!!! Spoke with the owner of the location today-Mike. He responded to my request to speak very quickly and was very professional and Kind. It?s not the location I have aproblem with. They have some very friendly and positive workers. I appreciated you for reaching out to me Mike. It was just onegirl. This Subway has the occasional training issues, with newer employees always afraid to put anything on your sandwich without... asking them a thousand times. If you can get past those issues, the meat and veggies are usually pretty fresh, only once inawhile do they tend to seem to be not quite so fresh. One important thing from past experiences, I've been glad to know for awhile, that the former manager is gone, and there is a newer manager who is much more friendlier and polite. The previousmanager was very opinionated and hateful, especially if you ask for more toppings. Glad to know that she is no longer in charge,and that the current manager is very nice and helpful.
