We stopped by to get a banana split and they had no vanilla ice cream and no bananas, so then we changed the order, 2 of the... waffle cones that have chocolate and nuts around the rims of the cone and they didn't have cones either so we ended up leavingand going to the Bruams Ice Cream down the street. The manger that runs this store is extremely rude so I avoid talking to herabout them never having items in stock after I saw her take money and wipe her nose then get donuts from the case for a customerin the drive thru I always go inside so I can see them make my orders and ask them to wear gloves or wash their hands beforethey make my order. If the manager doesn't do that she's not enforcing that to the staff. Read more

Ordered a single dip cake cup and a medium milkshake. The price on the board was $2.59 for the cake cup and $5.59 for the medium... milkshake. When I paid, the price became $2.99 and $5.99. I asked to speak to the manager. The"manager" said the prices hadchanged 4 days ago and they had not received their new price stickers. I was given the wrong ice cream so I called since they were closing in 10 mins. The young man said he would take down my name so... that I could come and pick up the correct order on a different day. After placing on hold for 5 mins, he never came back toobtain my name. Instead, he disconnected the line. I will not be back. This is not my first bad experience with them.
