WORST Boston Market experience of my life, and I normally like Boston Markets. After voting, I walked across the parking lot to... this restaurant and ordered ribs, chicken, candied yams and broccoli to eat there at the restaurant. I sat down at a table andnoticed my broccoli was cold, my chicken was cold, the candied yams were lukewarm(at best) and the ribs were cold to lukewarm. The fact that this was served to me and there were two other guests eating there made me instantly realize that this SHABBYDISPLAY of a meal was seemingly normal service as I wasn?t told the food wasn?t warm or had been out for awhile or anything ofthat nature. After tasting the order, I was SO UPSET that I refused to look at the employees because I might say or even do thewrong thing, and I?m fairly docile by nature. This establishment either needs a TREMENDOUS OVERHAUL, top to bottom, of employeeswho care about serving ?quality? food or the restaurant NEEDS TO SHUTDOWN due to substandard and dangerous food distribution tocustomers...IT IS THAT BAD!!! The chicken was good but tasted bland. The sides was bland too and the cornbread tasted real doughy. The person that served us... was not very friendly and didn't smile at all. I hate to be that person but it seems like customer service in predominantlyblack ran and owned establishments is lacking. Read more
I just missed the buy 1 get 1 free special by two days. The staff-person was very helpful and had a pleasant demeanor. And... lovely eyes ????. I did spot a small cricket on the counter. I used to love getting sandwiches here. And I mean love. Recently they have seriously declined. The food isn't as good there are... smaller portions but the prices are too expensive for what you're getting. My macaroni and cheese was cold and dry but themashed potatoes were okay. It was just an all-around disappointment not to mention the fact that though there was only oneperson in front of me in the Drive-Thru line I was waiting forever. I ordered a whole rotisserie chicken and potatoes. The guy in the back asked if I wanted him to cut it in half. I thought how... nice of him. We didn't eat right away when I opened it I found two overcooked halves not from the same chicken. Apparently theywere leftovers from other orders they wanted to get rid of and my to go order was a perfect thing for them. We were verydisappointed. Read more

I have been craving Boston Market and finally had time to drive there and I had to use the bathroom. When I went into the... bathroom there were roaches crawling so we decided to go somewhere else.
