The customer service here is RIDICULOUS! I was the only person in line on Friday Oct. 21, 2022 and I stood there looking at 5... workers walk past me as if I was invisible for at least 5 min. One worker was stocking the line, another worker was checking thecustomer out in front of me. And after she finished her she walked off. There was also another worker talking to the customer infront of me and after she was finished checking out that worker went to the back and started a conversation with the cooks inthe back. And not once did ANYONE say anything to me. All of a sudden a young guy walked in to start his shift. And I asked himif I was invisible, and he says no ma'am. I thanked him for at least acknowledging me. I have NEVER been treated so poorlywhile ordering fast food. Even McDonald's customer service is better than this. And ya'll prices double there's. You need tohire people who knows how to do customer service. I told the guy who checked me out that luckily I wasn't doing my second job asa secret shopper that day. Horrible customer service! This Chipotle location is the worse. Doesn?t matter what time of day I go in. The service is horrible. Today was even worse. All... this money spent and can?t even get a smile, how are you or a thank you. I really feel uncomfortable going in there cause of theexperience I am going to have. I ordered a bowl with cilantro rice, fajita steak, sour cream cheese and guacamole. She said $16. I said I get this bowl all the... time and I know guacamole is extra but why is it $16. She said because I put extra guacamole and we charge for that. I said Ididn?t ask for extra I just said add it. So there should not be an extra up charge. She said do you want it????. I've only been there during the evening staff, but seems like they don't have a manager. No since of urgency, food everywhere,... didn't care about the service they provided. Not complaining about the portion size and and them not charging me for guacbecause they don't write on the lids what the orders are. I could have told the cashier anything. Read more

We wanted to grab lunch here but the line up to order AND to pick up were so long. It was at least a 30 min wait. We did not see... many staff members behind the counter. Unfortunately, we could not wait any longer and went elsewhere for lunch. Read more

The customer service was horrible. The line was long 8 people in line, 1 server, 1 cashier (who kept scratching in his head), 1... cook, 1 person online, 1 girl wiping the counter (4x's before she took her break) and the manager who finally came from the inthe 30min I was in there. The gentleman in line behind me said in the evenings it ALWAYS terrible. What this tells me is thisstore is poorly managed. Most businesses have a scheduling system to schedule staff during the BUSIEST hours! But when yourcompany doesn't pay well (I am making a guess) you can only attract young folks with lesser work ethics than the over 38yr oldcrowd. Won't be going back to this location anytime soon. Younger girl at the register must be new, because this Chipotle was humming until she was in charge of online orders. The past... three days, the guys are doing all the work while she plays around not getting stuff done. Today she was too busy freakingtelling everybody that her coworker told a guy she likes that she liked him. We come from the gym. I used to not care as long asmy order wasn't messed up. We said black beans on the one with chicken and no beans on the one with barbacoa. How do you messthat up? By ducking behind a counter and playing these childish actions in the workplace that's how. Then she forgot thetortillas on the side? Someone needs to kick her off the line, because this Chipotle used to be fire, now it's straight garbagewith her working and messing up what used to be a speedy organized in and out. Read more
