I will never forget going to Church's or Popeyes after church on Sundays after church, but this review is all about Church's on... Hampton Rd. In Desoto, TX. As kids we were not allowed to eat in the car, but when we got home, the food was still fresh andhot. As an adult I do eat in the car and immediately. At the Church's on Hampton Rd. in Desoto, TX., I ordered a family meal,including chicken, okra, peppers, drinks. Everything was cold and awful. Shame on you Church's. I won't be back! Read more
Just left there I ordered a 12pc leg & thigh 2 family fries and okra. The man hurry in push my order out the window so I start... to drive off and I tell me daughter to check the food. Come to find out I only had 1 family fries and okra so I turn around ingo back not even 30 seconds away. I try to go in but the doors are locked but it seems like they only letting certain people in.So I?m yelling my order messed up so she tells me to go back to the drive thru so now I?m waiting in line. Dude bring the restof my order them when I make it home I see that all my chicken is wrong. $40 for some messed up food. They need to do better Read more
Don?t go here. Go to another location. Staff really doesn?t care and is comical. They question your order and repeat it back as... if though it is the stupidest thing they?ve ever heard. I could?ve been upset but it is instead funny. I tired ordering twicebut had to drive away just by the attitudes of the cashiers. The one time I did get chicken it was raw. Read more
Awesome ladies that work in here great service great food, I noticed on here a lot of negative reviews. However I have noticed... from being in the restaurant industry myself that people's attitudes are based on your own. My experience was that these ladieswere very friendly even after missing part of our order and having to drive back, I was kind in my manners with them and theygave me the same respect. People who are rude to food service workers are bound to get what they give. These ladies were awesomeand even gave me extra biscuits for my trouble definitely the only churches we will go to. Y'all just gained regulars food wasperfect! Read more
Sunday evening 6:43 pm picked up a 8pc family meal ate dinner woke this morning felling bad. I do not think the employees know... how to identify chicken that has gone bad or they just don't care.my suggestion if you visit inspect the order prior to leaving the parking lot. Read more
Order an 8 pc mixed family meal, was told they don?t have any white meat. I said okay and asked for the 10 pc legs and thighs. I... get over charged and still only got 8 pcs. Every time I come here there?s always something wrong. Most of the time I spend 30minutes or more waiting on chicken to be cooked after being told it would be about 15. I wish we had another Church?s closerbecause I would drive out of my way for a better one. Also girl in the drive thru was rude and acted as if doing what she getspaid to do was the worst thing in the world. Not one time did she have manners. This place doesn't deserve 1 star. It's dirty. The workers are rude. They charged us for food they didn't have and when we... mentioned it and said why are we getting charged why not give us the difference back. All the girl said was you didn't ask forit.
