Good food, friendly service, great place overall. Definitely a must go. Clean atmosphere

I placed an online order, and they closed early. I called multiple times the last couple days and no answer. I go to the store,... and they said they can't issue online refunds. I called guest services, and they say I have to go thru Google. I call Google,and they said because they mashed the order as complete and accepted the payment I have to get my refund thru them, and sent anemail stating this. On 8/12/2022 Thank you for sending the 8-$10.00 vouchers. However, the manager/owner of that Dickey's is VERY RUDE!!! He refused... to accept the vouchers after I had made an order. I would not recommend that Dickey's at 1600 North Interstate 35, Lancaster, TX75241 to anyone. I WAS a regular customer at that store before they relocated. The owner/manager is hateful. The cashier wastrying to tell him of a previous transaction from another customer concerning the vouchers, but to no avail. The owner/managerlooked at me and rudely said to me, "I DON'T TAKE THESE VOUCHERS!!!" I then asked him his name, and he said, "THEY KNOW I DON'TTAKE THESE VOUCHERS." Terrible! Me and my wife both got chopped beef sandwiches but they were mostly fat. Could not eat them but we're already down... the road and had to throw them away. Have a picture of what they served us. Already tried to email corporate over a week agowith no response. Don't believe them if they post something about trying to correct the issue. Read more

We ended up at Dickies Barbecue Pit because a restaurant across the freeway was lacking in the service department. Mom loves... barbecue so we should have made Dickies our first stop. Everything happens for a reason though. The level of service receivedand the good quality food made this a very pleasant dining experience. From the moment we walked in, Herb made us feel likefamily. He was very patient, friendly, accommodating and delightful. The barbecue was flavorful and the flow of the restaurantmade for a very comfortable experience. The food, portions, quality and service were outstanding! Situated on the northboundside of the I35 Service road with little parking in front and additional parking in back.
