My pasta was great. However, the wait was ridiculous! Like mist restaurants since the pandemic they are very short of help. They... don't answer the phone because they are so busy and ordering online doesn't really give you the options needed to modify yourorder. The place and the employees need a little cleaning up. The service at this location has deteriorated to the worst ever. I placed the order online and when I arrived 20+ minutes after... placing it, I was told it was not even in the oven yet. I still had to wait 35 minutes for the pizza. None of the workers woremasks or gloves. One worker was scratching his arm while putting cheese and meat on the pizza. I caught his eye & asked himnot to do that & he merely looked away. The person working the counter had long hair in a messy man-bun; no hair net. I ordered a pasta bowl and a cheese dip bowl. I literally saw these people drop my dip on the tray not paying any attention to... what they were doing, and literally pretending like it didn?t matter. Ordered a Mediterranean Veggie sandwich for my best friend who is against eating pork/meat. They end up putting ham on EVERY BIT... OF THE SANDWICH. I have not received my money back and the store DID NOT COMPENSATE ON MY ISSUE. THIS WAS THE MOST HORRIBLEEXPERIENCE EVER. I TOOK PICTURES OF THE SANDWICH AND EVERYTHING. I WILL BE CALLING EVERY DAY FOR MY MONEY BACK. I WANT MY MONEYBACK FOR THE CHEESE STICKS WHICH WAS CLEARLY JUST BREAD. I STILL HAVE THE PORK SANDWICH, WHICH IS NOW IN THE TRASH. I placed my order online at 745 on a Saturday night. And it was at my door 43mins later. My driver was Amber, she was cheerful... and delightful. And I ordered 4 side cups that she remembered..(hy5 Amber!).. About my food.. It was not extremely hot,but thetemperature was acceptable. This Domino has great in proved.
