Sat. Nov 12 2022. 1030pm. Ordered 2 piece breast and wing. Had to wait 15 minutes for order. I drove home 15 minutes later. The... chicken was very greasy and tasteless. They closed at 11pm. I will return Sunday morning for a refund. Read more
Version I only have 10 pieces of chicken fried okra coleslaw and I ended up paying $36.45 is extremely expensive they are way... out of their minds with them prices.. never going back there. The food wasn't even all that great churches is a lot cheaper andbetter. Read more
So they have a manager there female she is very rude and they get aggravated if you ask that your food be fresh not that old... does that has been sitting under a light. Well the food we received had no flavor although the tenders were fresh they stillgave us old wicked wings we could tell they were old because the meat itself was dry and the skin was very shriveled I want begoing back to this location until new management is there I'll drive down to Desoto off pleasant run road. Food is generally pretty good. Place is always clean. I would give them a 4?s but unfortuanetly I have never been overly... pleased about the service. They aren't rude but they are never welcoming. Maybe they should start saying Welcome to ... Theyalways seem stress. Read more

This has to be the WORST location in the DFW. Golden Chick has great food but the service/quality at this location, doesn't... represent the company well AT ALL. The way the lady (older) speaks to you, very disturbing. The disrespect, disregard andcarelessness of the staff is beyond horrible. I plan to speak with corporate, because enough is enough. Unfortunately, this isthe closest location to me and I've been trying this place a few times now. Every time I try, it's just not good. Bad customerservice, overly saturated spicy seasoning and long wait times.
