So they have a manager there female she is very rude and they get aggravated if you ask that your food be fresh not that old... does that has been sitting under a light. Well the food we received had no flavor although the tenders were fresh they stillgave us old wicked wings we could tell they were old because the meat itself was dry and the skin was very shriveled I want begoing back to this location until new management is there I'll drive down to Desoto off pleasant run road. Food is generally pretty good. Place is always clean. I would give them a 4?s but unfortuanetly I have never been overly... pleased about the service. They aren't rude but they are never welcoming. Maybe they should start saying Welcome to ... Theyalways seem stress. Read more

My jalapeño poppers were soggy and smashed in a container and my tenders were lukewarm they tasted old. I called them and spoke... with a manager that tried to claim that the tenders were fresh and that my jalapeños were not soggy. Then she hung up eventhough I was explaining that the tenders jalapeño poppers weren?t good to eat. The golden chick is way better in Ovilla. (Iwill be calling corporate.) :/ Read more

This has to be the WORST location in the DFW. Golden Chick has great food but the service/quality at this location, doesn't... represent the company well AT ALL. The way the lady (older) speaks to you, very disturbing. The disrespect, disregard andcarelessness of the staff is beyond horrible. I plan to speak with corporate, because enough is enough. Unfortunately, this isthe closest location to me and I've been trying this place a few times now. Every time I try, it's just not good. Bad customerservice, overly saturated spicy seasoning and long wait times. Portions never up to standard; floors are greasy; and the overallexperience will have question why you're spending your money here... Read more
