I visited this location recently. The atmosphere was cool, drinks were okay, but the women's restroom was gross. It had a odor.... The first stall had the door open and the toilet was not flushed due to it being broken. I went into the stall next to it andthe lid on the back of the toilet was up like this toilet had issues as well. I had to go and had no other choice and the toiletdid work. Thank God. The walls are covered with who knows what. The bathroom had a foul odor and it?s like this every time I?vevisited. This was my last time coming here. With the money being made at this establishment and other locations opening thatlook way better than this one I do not understand why this location in a predominantly black neighborhood does not get theattention that the other locations do. Because of this one being kept the way it is it makes me not want to patronize any of theother establishments. First impressions are lasting impressions. If the bathroom looks like this I?d hate to see what thekitchen looks like. Staff uses this bathroom and I know they?ve said something. This review is based on my experience at the new location. I was charged for a drink and appetizer I did not receive. I informed... my waitress and she shared the issue with an employee at the bar. I provided the necessary info and I thought it was rectifiedprior to leaving. Unfortunately, after checking my bank statements, I was credited $2 and still charged the incorrect amount. Idisputed the charge with my bank. Unfortunately, the claim was reversed. I want to say that the people that tried to assist methat night were kind. However, this has been frustrating so I'll just cut my losses now & share my experience. Read more
I like going to this bar. For the past 3 weeks drinks and food have been taking forever to get. I don't blame staff because... I've been watching them run with their heads cut off. If you fire 5 people then hire 5. Teach people what you expect, instead offiring to show dominance. Thanks for responding, but the way your working staff is killing them. Food was mediocre, service was substandard. The owner is incredibly rude. Look at how they respond to critical reviews. Imagine... how rude they are in person. They have a convenient excuse for every mishap instead of taking accountability. To the owner,since I know you will read this because you have time to respond to every review: maybe stop getting drunk during your shift andattend to your business? Arlington location is terrible. Ordered 4 drinks after waiting 45 minutes and waitress never returned. I went to the bar to get... our drinks. Half of our food arrived an hour later. We still didn't get our other 2 orders we canceled them then some rude ladycame from behind the bar to try to make us pay for the food we canceled. Very rude staff and long wait time.
