I wish I could give zero stars. The young lady that took my order was great. I ordered hot wings and I knew when the order was... ready in less then 3 mins my food was not cooked correctly. My hot wings was as light as a new born baby. I asked for a refundand the staff stood there and laughed. The supervisor I didn?t get her name but she was dark with purple and black braids didn?tapologize or nothing. I filed a complaint with corporate 800-CALL-KFC. Talk about slow!!! Sat in drive thru for 25 minutes to get to the window and find out they don't have what I ordered. This is... not the first time so they're getting a review this time. Definitely won't be coming back. Service is horrible Read more
Well, I ordered from the drive thru, and was advised extra crispy was a 16 minute wait. I agreed, the wait was not a problem.... The service was pleasant, however, the food quality was not as good as in previous visits. Maybe it was the end of the day. Read more
This KFC really needs help. Their service is extremely, extremely, extremely SLOW.....drive thru and dining room. I waited... inside for 35 minutes after ordering. I came in because the drive thru line was long. As I was standing inside I watched thedrive thru line at a stand still. People were coming in and walking out after waiting so long just to order.The people workinghad no hustle....they were moving super slow like the lines inside and outside were not backed up. I had been craving KFC all week because I went to one near White Rock and it was delicious. I ordered a two piece breast and... wing original and the chicken was not done at all. I took it back to the restaurant and the manager tried telling me it wasbecause the breast was bigger than normal. When I told her my wing wasn't done either, she offered crispy. When I received thecrispy, she failed to give me a biscuit, so I had to go back and get another one after leaving the store once again. I check mycrispy chicken and it's hard and stale, and tastes like it's been fried in old grease. I couldn't even eat the chicken. Itrashed it. What really disturbed my is that I watched the manager take a piece of chicken out of my box and put it back in thearea where they stored the food. The fact that they are servings people old food after they are paying money to eat is absurd. Iwill never go back there and this place needs to be shut down. Asap!! Read more
Ordered food to be delivered and there was mold in the bread from 3 chicken minis I called to let them know but I?m not sure... they believed me. They did offer a refund or exchange IF I took the food back to the store. Read more
If I could have given 0 starts I would?ve this place needs to be closed down I literally just left from this location 10 mins... ago and I was sold extremely old food I ordered the number 10 witch is the popcorn nuggets, they were so hard that they weren?teditable! I trashed the whole meal all except the drink! I?m disgusted at the fact this business is taking people money and inreturn serving food this old? I?m sure it?s not healthy or sanitary. I will be pushing the issue because I spent my last on thismeal and you don?t serve someone something like that! I will not let this rest Im tired of getting screwed by this company!
