Wish they had catfish, chicken spicy sometimes, and too much salt the last time.

We waited forever for a 12 piece mixed. The chicken was over cooked. And the grease old. I told they are usually really good.

Decided to swing through for a bite to eat before headed home. What a mistake. I pride myself on receiving "Customer... acknowledgement." Since I am spending money. I ordered an 8PC. There was a ton of chicken just sitting out which meant itwasn't going to be hot...took about 10 minutes. But I listened to customers ask for pickles and peppers but was told there's acharge 1.75. He kept repeating the amount and the lady got frustrated "I heard you the first time." What got me. Some guycame out to help; handled money, then served up food without washing his hands. Food is great and a fair value. Between multiple locations, the wait is reasonable and consistent. However, the staff are a bit... stiff and not customer service oriented. I don't mean anything bad, just that they are a bit neutral in demeanor in regards tocustomer interactions. Also, regarding dining in, they do not allows refills at all. I wouldn't mind this if they had a signindicating this so that no one would have to ask in the first place. I have been to many places that allowed only one refill orrefills at a discounted price (usually 50 cents a pop). I definitely would dine-in again but I would still do takeout ordelivery with this business. Read more

It's give this place more starts but sometimes they fry their chicken in burnt oil. But if you are looking for dinner delicious... fried chicken with a good crunch and plenty of flavor you can't go wrong here. Plus so many Louisiana favorites like gumbo,fried seafood, red beans and rice you really can't go wrong. And the price very fair for the portion size. Read more
