Ordered my food plain and asked for BBQ sauce like I always do at every McDonald's across the entire metroplex. Usually I ask... for just 1 sauce to put on my plain sandwich I order and they always give me 2 EVERYWHERE, except here. The woman that calledout my order 9/22/22 at 11:09am wanted me to pay extra for sauce. I know they've had some kind of consistency trainingthroughout the franchise because I always ask for just 1 packet and no matter what they give me 2 included at no charge. "Giveem the pickle" every heard of it!? A packet of condiment sauce isn't worth the negative reviews and loosing customers. Read more
Today I Came thru the drive through line trying to get something to eat so I can have energy for my work day? as I was order... they Hispanic lady at the drive through busted out laughing in my face then proceeded to talk about me in Spanish as if Icouldn?t understand what was being said to her co workers in Spanish. As a tax paying American I shouldn?t have to deal withthis type of disrespect? I didn?t argue with the lady I simply drove off.. at his gas got to stop God bless America. Read more

Slowest food service. I ordered a happy meal and cookies and 2 drinks and it took 25 minutes before I got tired of waiting and... called. They acted like there was no order until I showed them the receipt. Iced coffee was white. It was just milk. Read more
My reciet # 1361 11-12-2022 @ 11:47 pm I ordered a Big-Mac extra value meal with large ???? & large sprite plus 2 Mac-Ribs with... no ???? no onions but add Mac sauce. To me that was a simple order. The cashier scan my ???? & pulled up to next window. When Ireceived my order it was all wrong. They gave me a bag with 2 large ???? two large sprites one big-mac & one regular mac-rib.I pull up and checked my order to find out it was wrong. I had to get back in a longer line in drive-thu just to explain myorder was wrong. After the haggling I asked if I just simply give the order back & get the original order. The order wascorrected but they did not give me a receipt back or even correct the payment to reflect the transaction. So I ask for a receiptso I could do survey. I feel as though they took two things form me. FIRST MY TIME SECOND MY MONEY. They did not correct thepayment to reflect my order and I was charged extra for something I didn't order. Tired of haggling so left. I am a consumer whochooses to come to your establishment for meal to feed my family. If you can't handle that without stealing from customers &wasting their time.
