If I could give them a -? I would. I called our order in AND SPOKE WITH A LIVE PERSON. They took our order $55 , sent my... CONFORMATION EMAIL, TOOK MY CC#, We waited, and waited no food. Called store CLOSED. NOCALL, NO NOTHING.......So we calledDominos!!!!! Called store the next day. The " MANAGER" I suppose, gave some story about all orders going through Door Dash andthere's NOTHING they could do about it. No Problem. WONT BE ORDERING HERE ANYMORE PERIOD.......(Thank God they Did Not Chargemy card although the website said they did) very bad customer service. ordered the pizza an hour and 15 before they closed, spoke to a lady and said it would be delivered in 20 minutes. an hour goes... by and i call back to learn it?s been voided. they didn?t call to let us know or anything and the man on the phone wasincredibly rude. Read more
Ordered delivery. The food that did arrive was ok, however there were missing items on a $120.00 order. Tried to call the store... and got put on hold. After 15 minutes, we called and were on hold on 6 different phones, hoping maybe someone would answer one.After another 10 minutes, someone did answer. However, one after the other, every one was picked up and then immediately hungup. Essentially, someone decided those waiting on hold weren't worth their time. Therefore, I doubt this Papa John's will neveragain be worth my time. Read more

Team member said"Oh sorry,... tried to call you ,"I" voided your order.," I"am closing the store because there's is no one to cover my shift. Me??? What ??No missed call. Always trust your guts. I walked in and started to turn around. Everyone is running around in there with their coats and... sweaters on. No uniform. Looking they literally came off the streets and started working in the clothes they had on 2 weeks ago.The pizza looks like it was thrown together. Then to add insult to injury, I found a piece of wood in the pizza. NEVER AGAIN Iwill buy from that location. Read more
I ordered 2 pizzas through Uber eats that cost me nearly 40 dollars with extra costs added. With that being said I?d expect Papa... Johns to meet the minimum expectations I?ve asked for. On one of my pizzas I clearly asked for no cheese but what?d they do?they added cheese. My boyfriend is lactose intolerant and absolutely cannot eat it so I?ve wasted my time and money on somethinghe can?t eat. 0 stars. Don?t recommend. I?ll never eat here again. Read more
Love their pizza more than any other. But my order was recently "messed up". I ordered philly cheese steak pizza and my pizza... had some pieces of bacon in it, the label on the order was entirely different. I do not eat bacon and did not request for baconto be added to my pizza. That is "unacceptable" Read more
I Ordered a simple Thin crust pizza at 8:00pm they said it would take 30-45 mins so when a hour and a half I check the status on... the delivery. After I called it said it is on the way that was at 9:50PM. It is now 10:50 and they have probably already closed.I call one last time and I was told that ?it was being boxed and delivered?.
