Before going I read the reviews and I just assumed by some of the reviews my service was going to be horrible, but it wasn't at... all. I could only imagine how people read the reviews and go in this place with a preconceived notion from previousreviews. Our service was OUTSTANDING. The young lady at the front Lari spoke to us as soon as we walked in and that's a PLUSfor me. She was so sweet and I really appreciate her help and amazing customer service. 10 wing combo took about an hour and was incomplete. Too much! The wings were just ok , but the service was horrible...not worth... an hour since I called it in, they said it would be 10 to 20 minutes, I took about a 20 minute nap, got dressed and then drove10 minutes for the order not to be ready. I decided to read the reviews after ordering from here numerous time through Doordash. It seems that I may need to tip the... Dashers even more money after reading the reviews. I had no idea that it was black owned, wait times were terrible and poorcustomer service. I really hope the owner reads the reviews to mend this issue because I'm all about supporting our community. Ireally enjoy their beef burgers, fish and fries. Just tried the fried okra and it was the best I've had. Although, the fish wasover cooked this time it still was edible. I've also tried the whole wings, the classic wings and the onion rings, I wasn'timpressed by either. The turkey burger can be totally removed from the menu because it wasn't tasty at all. I want to try thekoolaid since it had a good review, I didn't see any reviews on the desserts, which I want to as well one day. I'm posting a picof my fish order that I share with my boo, seems they were out of Texas toast because I recieved an substitute bread which wasfine, although I was looking forward to their Texas toast that I really like. Only have 3 stars because I've tried a few thingshere but I had only really enjoyed a few things that I've tried. This was my last time. They were great in the beginning. Now it's just terrible. My last visit, I had to wait an unreasonable... amount of time. Again tonight. I ordered right after two other people. A guy came in 10 minutes later. The two people aheadof me got their orders and left. I sat and waited for them to get the guy who walked in 10 minutes after my order was placed,to get his order correct. After he left, I had to wait additional time. My seasoned fries looked like potatoe fries. When Igot home, just as I suspected--burnt. In additional, they fried my lemmon pepper wings so hard, they were hard! Never ever again. I asked for ranch wings and received lemon pepper. The tea was horrible. It tasted like it had chemicals in... it. The coating on the chicken looked horrible. I consumed very little of the Hawaiian wings and got extremely sick. How is iteven possible for these people to be in business. Read more
