Mannn the manager Gia? Is a straight up BEAST. I ordered a slushie. Usually it will take 3-5 minutes to come out. Almost as soon... as I was done with the order it was out. I came there and when the people took my order and I paid it was fine. When she came out she repeated the order back wrong we... told her the mistakes, but nothing was fixed. Instead of giving us a refund they gave us a shake instead. The manager on dutytold us it was her first day. And we weren?t the only ones because we heard others complain. The staff and management here is unprofessional. I waited thirty minutes in drive thru to watch everyone else drive around me... and leave because they were tired of waiting. A simple burger, frie and drink. It's sad I have sit here this long and no frommanagement has come out to see what the hold up is. I have had a dozen different orders brought to my vehicle, only to saythat's the wrong order. It's my fault for giving them another chance to make a wrong situation right from my last experiencehere. DEAR SONIC DO BETTER!!!! This is THE WORST SONIC IVE EVER BEEN TO!!! Stopped to grab a bite to eat. There was no one in front... of me business was slow. Pulled to stall 27 after waiting 10 minutes for them to answer the RED Button she finally answered. Inthe middle of taking my order the rep skips me and jumps to get drive thru orders of those in the drive thru as I?m watchingthere orders being taken I press the Red button again No one answers. I then pull up to the door and a guy walks out I asked himwhat was her (The managers ) name?? He walks off not wanting to tell me her name. As he is coming back I asked him again . Hesays ?I don?t know ? I said yea don?t know Your managers name??? He said No! Goes in laughing like it?s a joke she comes outsaying she THOUGHT I changed my mind on ordering!!! Please save your self a major disappointment. If this is a franchised Sonic?shame on you. The chicken tenders and fries are not... the original ones and it?s clear the food is ordered from a cheaper vendor. Then, they didn?t even have the Sonic sauce to gowith the chicken tender meal. The employee looked at me crazy when my daughter asked her for the sauce..she said ?we don?t havea signature sauce? ummm ?????you do. So after waiting line for a half an hour we were served cold food and no sauce. They didn?teven toast both sides of the Texas toast. It?s Texas Toast for God?s sake. This is beyond ridiculous and they need aggressivemanagement ASAP. Read more
This is our favorite sonic. The staff is amazing. We stop by every other day or so for drinks in the morning. Lots of good food... choices an amazing amount of drink choices. Love the wacky paks for the kids. Still fast food but good. Read more
Every time I visit, the grounds and patio are clean; this makes the stop a pleasant and laid back experience. Sometimes when I... order only a beverage through the drive thru, the staff brings it to my car so I don't have to wait for the several cars infront of me to receive their orders. Every manager at this store has been excellent, even when challenged with new employees whohave difficulty getting the hang of things. Love Sonic! Read more
