I come everyday and every day something has been wrong with my coffee or it?s just been nasty ..I get the same thing every time... and it has not been right! I pay $10 for some NASTY COFFEE the last time I went I barely got coffee and today it was just NASTY. Read more

Sitting here and getting some work done. To be honest I forgot that I was at Starbucks! My first time being here, but yet staff... makes me feel welcomed as if I were family. Service was great! Drinks on point. Might not want to go home lol. Thanks Starbucksstaff for making my day! I never leave reviews unless I am absolutely blown away by a location or just absolutely dissatisfied. This is the closest... Starbucks near me and honestly the only one in my area. I have been coming for the last year & every single time I come they areout of SO MANY things. I have come 4 times in the last week and every single time they have been out of things to make flavoredcoffee drinks, refreshers, or literally as the employee said ?all pastries?, it?s a mess and makes it so hard to order anything.I understand being out of stuff here and there but it?s rare when I come and they actually have what I am looking to order. It?supsetting that this is the only location in my area because I really just do not see myself coming back again. I spent $40 thismorning and they were all substitute items I had to order because they didn?t have the items my family & I initially wanted. It's ok. The lines are always ridiculously long. My drink is never made the same way every time. Service is great tho. Can we... get another location in Lancaster area Please! I hate this dangerously extra long line. Every time I turn in someone is backingout and it causes me to sit on the service road and wait... I've almost been hit twice now and since then I have minimized mytrips. Also the bday gift should be a you can get it anytime this week type deal. I ordered ahead with the app. The line was very long, I thought it would take 20-30 minutes, but I was out of line within 10... minutes. Surprisingly fast! The servers were polite. My only complaint is that they did not have drink carriers and I ordered 4drinks. Luckily I was able to steady the drink without them spilling, but that was pretty inconvenient.
