i got an iced toasted white mocha and it tastes like pure milk it had no flavor amd i tasted 0 coffee
Quick service, they were out of a few things but they advised of some other substitutes that were great!
Little Ms Destiny was wonderful. Her customer service skills are phenomenal. I was not sure how to order what I needed and she... was so patient with me. She assured me we will get my coffee right. I?m getting older so too sweet and milk is no longer adesired taste. Her skills on providing exceptional customer service should be a training video. She had great energy. Greatsmile. Kind words. I did not feel rushed or extra. I?d definitely recommend and will return to this location. It was a joy tosee a young person with so much positivity. I am proud of you. Great job Ms. Destiny. I, for the most part, visit Starbucks to purchase stock items since I make my coffee beverages at home. It's not this individual... location's fault that Starbucks discontinued selling all products that it once sold on its now shutdown website. Read more
I've been coming here for a good while now. I have to say that the service here is much better than other locations I've been... to. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help. Especially this one girl I think her name is Alex she's usuallypretty happy there and is always willing to help. She helped me figure out my favorite drink the carmal crunch Frappuccino andit tasted amazing!!!!!! I'm definitely doing the online survey after this. Read more
I went in today and ordered 3 strawberries and cream Fraps and 4 chai tea lattes. However, the strawberries and cream taste like... pure water, no flavor. I haven?t tried the chai tea but I can expect the same result. By far, this is the worst experience Iever had with Starbucks. Especially because I know how good those drinks are. Read more
From the two times I have came here in the morning a lady with gray locs that works the shift always seems to have an attitude... for no reason. Both times when I asked for my receipt she would act like she was already doing so or would catch an attitudewhen I asked for it. Any other employee has had decent service besides her. Read more
