Won't ever return to this subway ever again. Upon ordering my sandwich the lady interrupted the guy and said that if I requested... any other veggies I'd have to get charged extra for them. Stated that only what was on the board menu is what goes on thesandwich. I've never been charged extra or told I can't add pickles on any of my orders at any other location. Was tempted towalk out and tell them I didn't want our food anymore. Never again. I knew I should of went to the subway of of 67 and wheatlandor subway off 67 by the papa bbq. Read more
Very disappointed in my purchase again. Second time the wheat bread was so hard unable to eat.. I remember Subways bread being... fresh. Read more
Love to eat healthy and here is one of the places you get to do that. Yes you have to make right choices. Love all the choices.... Everything tastes so fresh. Love the bread. Also like the rewards. However they seem to have trouble sometimes doing the rewardsand/or coupons. Read more
Service was of poor quality. Questions were ignored. When I asked about how the Chipotle Southwest tasted? My question was not... regarded. No friendly greetings. I was the only one who said "Have a great day!". None of the employees cared. Customer serviceis above everything. Read more
Don't toast my sandwich unless I say so. I like it cold
???? What's the point? Picking & choosing some franchise & corp flexibility only when it benefits them & not the customer.... Franchise get to take away certain items but customers can't use corporate coupons esp digital when our sandwich is missing like5 items(that they decided to take off the menu) that we have to put on when we get back to the house. I paid for a six inch sub but only got about a 4 inch. Subway does not carry cheddar cheese anymore, so I chose shredded cheese.... The lady didn't give me much cheese. I asked for a little more and she said it would be extra. I wasn't asking for double. Justa little bit more. She was not friendly. Read more
